Zentrale Unterkunft, sehr nette familiäre Besitzer. Gutes Angebot für Frühstück. Saubere & moderne Zimmer …. Und dann noch Jaccuzi auf der Dachterrasse 🥳👍🏼. Das Zimmer dürfte etwas grösser sein, doch es hat für die 2 Nächte vollkommen gereicht.

Abbiamo alloggiato al Colombo 1935 , fanno parte sempre del Marconi ma su una strada vicina! L' appartamento era pulito, con tutte le comodità. Forno, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, lavatrice... Siamo stati benissimo e non abbiamo mai preso la macchina, li c'è veramente tutto vicino, bar, tabaccheria, ristoranti, mare, negozi...tutto! Consigliatissimo!!

We had to delay our arrival by one day so we were very kindly switched to a Colombo 1935 apartment, without any fuss. The Colombo Apartment was fantastic, had a small balcony with a seaview, style/design was simple, comfortable, and elegant with a very well-equipped kitchen. We would definitely book it again. GREAT service too - thank you!

Appartamento bello, arredato con gusto, pratico, dotato di ogni comfort, completamente insonorizzato, ambienti pulitissimi, gestito con serietà, professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità. Ottima posizione. Ottimo il self check in, integrato con immediato intervento del gestore in caso di necessità .Animali ben accetti! Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo SICURAMENTE. VOTO 10!

Struttura nuova costruzione, camere pulite e confortevoli con bagno grandissimo. Situato in centro città,con possibilità di parcheggio. Ottima colazione e personale efficiente e gentile. Consigliatissimo.

Seconda esperienza in questo Hotel, che ha confermato la buona impressione della volta precedente. Camere moderne, funzionali pulite. Bagno ampio con una mega doccia. Colazione discreta. Personale attento e molto gentile. Interessante il fatto che si arriva in hotel con indicazioni personalizzate via WhatsUp che danno i riferimenti per l'entrata dell'albergo e per il recupero tramite una cassetta con codice della tessera per l'ingresso in camera. Previsto un parcheggio in zona riservata nella strada sottostante a pagamento, unica perplessità che per un parcheggio in strada i 10€ richiesti mi paiono eccessivi.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 3 giorni, ma è stato tutto perfetto! Camera confortevole, moderna e con tutto il necessario. Colazione ottima, dal salato al dolce, marmellata fatta in casa, schiacciata squisita. Il personale gentilissimo, molto professionale. Terrazza con idromassaggio spettacolare. Consiglio, se disponibile,prenotate il parcheggio perché poi è difficile trovarlo in giro. Noi abbiamo preso l'auto solo una sera per spostarci da Follonica ma altrimenti si arriva in pochi minuti alla spiaggia, al centro o cmq si possono noleggiare delle bici. Consigliamo vivamente questo b&b per chi cerca un alloggio semplice ma ben curato, chi vuole tranquillità a due passi dal mare.

Molto bello, comodo, pulitissimo, servizi top e il roof garden con jacuzzi è un gioiello. Lo consiglio a chiunque. L’edificio inoltre è il più bello di Follonica ed è stato ristrutturato magistralmente. Molto vicino al mare e a tutti i bar, ristoranti e negozi.
