A little pearl among the olive trees, a simply wonderful location with a breathtaking view, professional staff and a kindness that I would dare to say is rare these days, superlative food, here I tasted one of the best tiramisu of my life, and said by a greedy and passionate Venetian of tiramisu is a lot. Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family. From Montreal, Canada. See you next year in September.

The location is splendid. The view, the pools, the olive trees, the well-kept greenery. We really appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining all of this. The restaurant is also good. We ate really well. The staff was kind. The bathroom in the room, however, is a big flaw. Neglected and in need of renovation. Very strong smell that only went away after a night with the fan on. I wouldn't go back for that bathroom alone. I hope it will spur you to bring the level of the rooms in line with everything else, because it would be a real shame to leave them like that.

Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto subito una sensazione di benessere e tranquillità. La struttura è meravigliosa, ancora più bella dal vivo, durante l'ora del tramonto il paesaggio diventa magico. Le camere sono molto spaziose, noi avevamo la vista su tutta la vallata.ll personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta dal primo momento. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Stanze nuove e pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. Personale formato e competente, molto cordiale e disponibile. Paesaggio mozzafiato. Struttura dotata di due piscina, una calda ed una fredda entrambe con l'affaccio sul panorama. Colazione eccellente. Ottimi anche pranzo e cena. L'unica pecca è non c'è molta scelta per gli intolleranti al lattosio. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

A fine luglio avevo prenotato la struttura per la festa di diciottesimo di mio figlio fissata per il 5 ottobre. Mi era stato garantito che la data era stata fermata. Alla mia richiesta di un appuntamento per decidere menu e dettagli, un tale Giovanni che si definiva responsabile mi prega di chiamare dopo ferragosto perchè molto impegnati con gli ospiti. Il 26 agosto chiamo dopo le vacanze per fissare appuntamento e mi dicono di aver dato la sala ad un altro lasciandomi a piedi un mese prima dell'evento. Zero professionalità. Totalmente incompetenti.

Oltre ogni aspettativa! All'arrivo si respira già un'atmosfera magica e rilassante, immersi negli uliveti (illuminati di notte!). Aperitivo di benvenuto con vista spettacolare, due piscine di cui una riscaldata, ampia zona solarium. Avendo soggiornato con famiglia la nostra camera era molto ampia con terrazza su un panorama mozzafiato. Che dire, posto meraviglioso, curato in ogni dettaglio. Complimenti, un luogo che ti resta nel cuore!
