Soggiorno con la mia famiglia in questo hotel da piu' anni e ogni volta ci ritorno con entusiasmo perchè le mie aspettative non vengono mai deluse. Cosi' è stato anche quest'anno: proprietari cordiali, accoglienti simpatici ma molto professionali, colazioni e cene abbondanti all'insegna della tradizione e della genuinità. La location è situata in una posizione previlegiata per tutti gli amanti dello sci . Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

Personale presente e molto disponibile. Molto valida la mezza pensione…..anche per celiaci. Struttura datata, decisamente migliorabile. Anche la pulizia può essere migliorata. Materassi vissuti che evidenziano il trascorrere del tempo. Posizione super vicina alle piste mentre necessita l auto per recarsi al centro del paese. Esperienza positiva, con piccole migliorie si raggiunge il top. Se posso ci ritorno.

Simple, clean and essential environment...but a magical atmosphere...from other times...relaxing and above all ultra comfortable for those who ski!! Good breakfast, excellent cleanliness, simple but quality dinner! The owners and staff are very kind and very helpful!!! It is certainly not a 5 star and something needs to be renewed but the price/offer ratio is very satisfactory! We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed with our 2 children at the Cristallo hotel for 3 nights. It was a relaxing and pleasant family holiday accompanied by the hospitality of the always discreet and helpful hotel staff. Strong point ...practically next to the Fondo Grande ski lifts and close to the school camp, this was fundamental for us. We would go back to the room or lobby whenever needed or my son needed to rest. The hotel has the Trentino style it is not renovated but well maintained and super clean. Varied breakfast with vending machines for drinks .. the cappuccino very good anyway; various delicious teas as well as yoghurt sweet juices made by them and croissants .. biscuits etc. Salty there were cold cuts sandwiches and cheese. Dinner for us was excellent .. very accurate and tasty drinks are paid separately. The rooms are simple and nice but very very clean .. and every morning they were sanitized. What can I say, I would say a strategic and comfortable holiday. Thanks to all the staff

We spent 5 wonderful days at the Hotel Cristallo in Folgaria with our 2 children. They gave us two communicating and very comfortable doubles. Convenient location 50 meters from the lifts, very kind staff, excellent and varied food, homemade cakes, large spaces for children to play, very honest prices, in short, to come back soon both in summer and in winter. Agreement with ski and bike rental, they gave us a 20% discount
