Do not book this hotel. The bathroom shower had water leaking from the light and around the doorframe when the shower above was being used. The bathroom doorway is not finished. There was a towel under the sink that had obviously been left there for a long time. There was not even a glass in the cupboards. The staff don’t care. The balcony doesn’t lock. The hallways don’t look cleaned ever. I would have moved hotels but everything was booked out. I felt very insecure staying here and spent the minimal time I could sleeping there. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Stayed for one night. Nice territory. Large swimming pool, which works until 23:00. Normal breakfast. Very nice administrators. There is a kettle, but we asked for cups and they gave us. Tea, coffee are also available. I would like to have a mirror in the bathroom, it is very unusual to wash without a mirror.

Das Hotel ist sehr schmutzig und dreckig. Zum einen lagen überall Haare rum, es wurde nicht einmal ansatzweise sauber gemacht. Zum anderen war die Toilette auch super schmutzig. Ich hatte echt angst, dass wie uns eine Krankheit einfangen. Auf Nachfrage wurde erstmal mit Feuchttüchern das Zimmer sauber gemacht. Erst nach weiteren Nachfragen haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, leider leider war das Zimmer nicht besser. Am nächsten Tag wurde zwar sauber gemacht, aber es war ekelhaft dort zu übernachten. Leider ist uns ******* nichtmal ansatzweise entgegengekommen.

I booked 9 nights for my friend. She only stayed one night as it was so awful. Firstly they weren’t expecting her. We were told before arrival that there was a buffet breakfast. The room was filthy, there was only the sheet covering the mattress on the bed, the bin was already full, there was a dirty sock, dirty tissues, bottle caps and fluff under the bed, the sink was cracked at the side and had a rim of dirt, the shower floor was dirty. My friend who I booked it for was told in the morning there was no breakfast as it wasn’t worth them doing it for just one person. To top it all off they told me I could start the refund process with ******* but then refused to refund us for the nights she didn’t stay.

They weren’t expecting us on arrival, the place was filthy, no toilet roll, full bin, no bedding other than a sheet over the mattress, no breakfast provided ( not that I would have eaten there anyway it was so horrible). Only stayed one night and they refused to refund the rest of the nights we paid for. The pool was slimy green on the bottom. Definitely not as advertised.
