Estuvimos hospedados por casi una semana en el hotel, la atencion del front desk y los botones fue excelente, siempre atentos asi como la persona que limpia las habitaciones. El Club tiene una comida espectacular, el desayuno se caracteriza por tener una comida excepcional, pero es importante que si se hospedan alli vayan preparados para encontrarse con un servicio en la mesa que aun tiene mucho espacio por mejorar. Los meseros son cordiales pero si bien la comida es maravillosa, el servicio en la mesa es desorganizado, la comida llega, las bebidas no, los meseros estan revoloteando, en varias ocasiones tuvimos que levantarnos de la mesa a buscar alguien que nos ayudara. Erwin, el host, siempre estuvo atento a oir nuestras sugerencias y en ayudar a que el servicio fuera mejor, pero creo que el tema del servicio va mas alla de sus buenas intenciones y su gestion ya que esto se repitio en la mayoria de los desayunos, almuerzos y comidas, es un problema sistematico. Tuvimos un evento DESAFORTUNADO en el restaurante de la piscina, el 23 de Diciembre mi esposo perdio sus audifonos Earpods Pro, yo personalmente hice toda la gestion para poder revisar las camaras que apuntaban a nuestra mesa y desafortunadamente no tuvimos respuesta de la gerencia ni autorizacion para ver el video de la mesa, lo que nos llevo a pensar que habia algo que no querian que vieramos. Muy desafortunado incidente pero mas desafortundo fue el manejo que se le dio al incidente.
