One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

In a completely positive way, this stay for two nights was a typical pleasant Novotel experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. It was very conveniently located across from the waterfront and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was a quality buffet was a good variety of hot and cold foods. I didn't eat in the restaurant for other meals and I didn't use the fitness center due to the proximity of well-marked running trail along the waterfront. All-in-all a solid stay and a good choice for a visit to Florianopolis.

Charming hotel in the expansion, in the region of Lagoa da Conceição, near the Mole and Joaquina beaches. The location is excellent, but it has no panoramic view, it is on a quiet street. The facilities are extremely comfortable and the first-line accessories. The managers and the management team's attention is imperfect: personalized, requested and helping in all possible aspects. High points: It was the bed in which I had the greatest comfort in recent years, Trussardi's towels and towels, L'Occitane's bath products and breakfast: soft and boring, with the charm of being able to serve in the room itself. It has the spa service we can't use for a relatively short stay. Finally, it was a memorable experience and I would recommend to everyone that they should enjoy at least once when they come to Florianópolis. It's expensive, but every cent has been spent well.

I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

Estive hospedado na Pousada do Hotel Monteiro Canasvieiras na data de 09/12/2023 a 13/12/2023 por reserva feita e paga pelo site *******. Ao chegar no check in me disseram que minha estadia não estava paga. Como eu havia chegado de São paulo e perdido meu oculos para enxergar de perto no Uber em SP, não consegui localizar o recibo de quitação, mas mostrei o lançamento de pagamento na fatura do meu cartão e disseram que não era, fiquei acuado e fiz o pagamento no meu cartão de crédito. No dia 13/12 após o check out ao chegar na cidade de Penha / SC e fazer check in em outro Hotel, ja com oculos de perto comprado em farmácia, descobri que o Hotel de penha não estava pago, e que o Hotel Monteiro estava pago. Entrei em contato pelo whatsapp com o Hotel monteiro no dia 13/12 informando o caso, recebi a resposta para aguardar que passariam para o setor responsavel, ninguem me retornou, no dia 19/12 tentei ligar varias vezes no hotel, mandei mensagem novamente, responderam no dia 20/12 para ligar no telefone e conversar com o Sr Rodrigo. Fiz a ligação e me informaram que fariam a devolução por PIX no dia 26/12 e que eu precisaria aguardar o fluxo de devoluções, no dia 26/12 não fizeram a devolução e também não me ligaram. No dia 27/12 liguei novamente e o Sr Rodrigo me disse que por causa das festas de final de ano eu teria que aguardar até dia 29/12. Dia 29/12 não fizeram pagamento e não entraram em contato comigo. Dia 02/01/2024, liguei novamente e em contato com o Sr Rodrigo me informou que o PIX voltou, e conferiu meu cpf e disse que um nuero estava errado. PIX NÃO VOLTA, se tiver um numero errado ele não é enviado. Me exaltei no telefone porque sabia que estava sendo enrolado, disse ao Sr Rodrigo que eu estava com raiva da situação de estar sendo enganado e que aguardaria até o dia seguinte 03/01/2024, o Sr Rodrigo se exaltou, disse que eu era arrogante e não entendia de matemática e de Administração, e que ele sendo Advogado do Hotel dizia para mim que eu teria que aguardar a hora que eles fariam a devolução e que não era na hora que eu queria, por fim disse que no dia 03/01/2024 estaria feita a devolução, eu disse que aguardaria até este dia e que depois não faria mais contato. No dia 03/01/2024 as 18:54 hs da tarde o Sr Rodrigo me telefonou pedindo que eu enviasse o recibo de pagamento do ******* e minha fatura do cartão para comprovar o real desembolso, enviei pelo whatsapp as 19:01 hs, recebi resposta as 20:05 que me ja enviariam o comprovante do PIX. Não enviaram comprovante. Hoje dia 04/01/2024 enviei mensagem as 14:40 hs dizendo que não entraria mais em contato com eles após ser enrolado com pagamento prometido para dia 26/12, 29/12, 03/01 e sem resolução, recebi a resposta que o banco Itau deles estava fora do ar (mais uma desculpa). então disse que iria tomar as providencias e não faria mais contato com eles, recebi a resposta ”Olá boa tarde, Tudo bem”. Com tudo isso deixo registrado aqui: 1) que o Hotel não é organizado, cobra duplicado
