Great option for those who are going to run the Floripa marathon, but you have to get together in a group and everyone order coffee in advance on the day of the race. Cleaning and towel kit could be improved, bed not very comfortable.

I was going to participate in the marathon, so I chose a place close to the event. I managed to make a reservation shortly beforehand. I didn't know what to expect, since it had been a few years since I had stayed at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the accommodations met my needs very well. The air conditioning was great, and the bed was clean and comfortable. When I made the reservation, my concern was finding a place that was easy to get to and where I could park my car. I was happy when I learned that the hotel would provide breakfast earlier for the athletes. These are the things that motivate us to look for new accommodation.

The reception service was terrible, not at all welcoming, the partner parking lot is far away, it did not provide security to leave the vehicle and they did not inform us about the frequent movement of vehicles inside due to a car wash company being in the same location, it is being bureaucratic to request a refund, we left it in another parking lot very close, covered and safe for a more affordable price. The bathroom had a leaking faucet, the television only worked on one channel and it also froze a lot. There was mold in the room and bathroom.
