The truth is that the hotel is awful, dirty, they serve you poorly and give you the worst room they can, the service is awful, the truth is that I would never go back even if it were free, I do not recommend it at all. Dirty sheets, dirty curtains, disgusting floor, everything filthy, we even had a COCKROACH in the bed (I leave photos attached). It was a double bed and the room they gave us had two single beds stuck together, dirty bathroom as if it had not been cleaned, we had to ask them to clean the room because it was unfit for us, to change the sheets because it had a blood stain, the truth is awful, I do not recommend it.

Terrible reception, broken elevators, broken bed, fire alarm ringing all night, I went down to reception to ask questions. They told me there was nothing they could do, that it was a residents' room.

Negative point: lots of smokers. The room we stayed in the first night was full of cigarettes. The elevator no longer meets the hotel's demand. Positive point: cold air conditioning and excellent room cleanliness.

Don't stay at this hotel! If you value cleanliness, organization, service and silence. Total disrespect, loud music in the rooms 24 hours a day, rude guests, they only talk and slam the doors of the rooms. Dragging the furniture around. These were the 4 worst paid nights of my life! My card kept stopping working and I had to go to the reception to validate it, and no one told me this! Even when I went to have breakfast, when I came back the card was no longer working. Dirty bathroom, towels with holes, no blankets or sheets, no floor cloths, dirty bedclothes, not to mention the floor, they sweep it away, dirt from previous guests... Basic but tasty coffee.

I would like to formalize my complaint and request for a refund regarding my accommodation at the Rede Andrade Cecomtur Hotel, between 17/01 and 19/01, which was made through Trip.com. Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, I realized that the room provided did not correspond in any way to the images and information presented on the hotel's website, which were the basis for my choice. The photos of the room indicated an environment in much better condition than what I found, which caused me great frustration. Furthermore, the room was in unsanitary conditions, with moldy and peeling walls, moldy and leaky wooden furniture, which would not only compromise the comfort of the stay, but also put my health at risk, given the potential for worsening respiratory problems. related to mold. In the bathroom, there was also the presence of insects, including spiders, which demonstrates a total lack of care and cleanliness in the hotel premises. When questioning the receptionist about the discrepancy between the room and the images on the website, I requested an exchange for the room that had been shown on the website, but I was informed that this room did not even exist in the hotel, since, according to her, the photos were merely illustrative. In other words, I was not given the option to exchange. Therefore, immediately after noticing the inadequate conditions and not receiving a solution, I checked out of the hotel and had to look for another accommodation, incurring significantly higher costs, as I had to make the reservation on the spot. Therefore, I request that Trip.com contact the hotel so that a full refund of the amount paid can be processed, as the service was not provided as advertised and, in addition, I had to bear extra costs to resolve the situation . I await urgent feedback on the resolution of this case.

A shitty hotel. They don't speak Spanish, despite having a majority of Spanish-speaking passengers, very low-category facilities with stained mattresses and covers, lack of daily cleaning in the room, very low-quality toilet paper as well as towels, they seem from the last century (very used). Annoying noises throughout the night without being able to really rest. They don't have Wi-Fi service, despite it being indicated in the advertising it doesn't connect at any time. Very basic and low-quality breakfast with no variety. The elevators fail with the risk of accidents. They don't provide any solution when there are problems. Not recommended in any case, it's just a waste of money as tourists. Expensive for the terrible service.
