フィレンツェの駅まで徒歩5分くらいで行けますので、ロケーションは最高です。ホテル到着時シングルの部屋でしたが、広めのベッドについて尋ねたら、広いベッドに変更してくれました。割増料金は不要だとも言ってくれました。レセプションの方はとても親切で親しみもありました。ただし、コーヒーや紅茶などの電気ポットの設備は準備されていませんでした。お部屋は清潔で毎日タオルを交換していただけたので、コーヒーや紅茶などのセットがあればもっと快適だったともいます。それ以外は満足です。朝食は毎日同じメニューでした。野菜はトマトだけでしたのでもう少し野菜があればいいなあ〜。ゆで*もあればもう満足です。
