Excellent customer service and ease of contact and access. Superb value for money and great size. Modern furnishings, comes with kitchen and iron and amazing toiletries. Ample cabinet and wardrobe space together with work table and another dining table. Nice private balcony too. Extra plus points for ability to store and retrieve luggage anytime you like in a secure passcode locked area with surveillance monitoring. Extremely convenient from airport and Rail station

I would classify this as more of a guesthouse than a hotel, as there's no reception. We need to contact the owner in advance and upload our passport photos for the check-in process, but it's generally smooth. However, the noise from the road was quite loud, and the poor soundproofing negatively affected our stay. On the positive side, the facilities were good, the refrigerator and air conditioner worked well, and the staff were quite friendly.

It was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front, and it is a bit far from tourist attractions, so the price is cheap. There was a large supermarket right next to the station, so it was great for shopping. The downside is that you have to take a tram for about 20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions, but it wasn't a big problem. Rather, it was nice that it was quiet. The room was spacious and I used the shampoo that was replenished every day. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to use it again next time I come to Florence.

Advantages: It is less than 1 minute walk from Tram station, very close! The room is not too small! Big boxes can be opened! There is a balcony where you can wash and dry clothes!
shortcoming:
1. Very, very, very, very noisy. There are a lot of drag racing and Tram on the roadside and the sound is very loud! You must wear earplugs, otherwise you will not be able to sleep at all!

You need a tetanus and a serious passion for cohabiting with rats to stay here. The places smells like something crawled in there and died….all night I was kept awake by what sounded like a skeleton having a w*nk on a tin roof. I would rather tie a pork chop round my neck and go play in a tiger enclosure than return.

Hotel moderne chambres spacieuses très proche du tramway (seul bémol il ne faut pas être gros pour rentrer au niveau porte de douche) parking souterrain très bien pour les voitures personnels tres aimables manque petit déjeuner bien que l'on peut avoir accès à la cuisine dans la chambre
