First of all, the hotel is in a great location, near the train station. Florence is not big, and many places can be reached on foot. The front desk staff are very nice, and the porters at the concierge are also very nice. The room is decorated in a special style, and the bathroom is very large. The only problem is that the sound insulation between rooms is not very good. I didn't have breakfast, but everything else is ok.

It's been a month and I'm speechless when I think about it. Ctrip's service is really good and handled it overnight in time. But let me tell you about the weird operation of this hotel. First of all, the price of the classic room is more expensive than the smart room, and the number of square meters is more than the smart room. I chose the smart room first. After checking in, I was told that there was no room and I needed to wait. OK, I waited, and then took me to check in. The moment I walked in, I was shocked, but I endured it. I thought this hotel should be like this. There was a layer of dust on the bedside table. I wondered if this hotel would be full? The walls were dirty and unbearable, the space was even smaller, and the floor height was also very low, which was extremely depressing. What's more terrible is that the air conditioner is floor-standing. When you shine a flashlight inside, you can see mold. The room is pitifully small, and there are traces of age everywhere. It doesn't look like it has been renovated at all. I endured it for a few hours and couldn't stand it anymore at night because my skin was allergic, so I contacted Ctrip customer service. The customer service attitude was so good. I said I wanted to pay extra money to upgrade the room. The hotel's answer was that it would cost 1,200 yuan a day to upgrade the room. I was shocked. I rebooked a deluxe room for only 1,500 yuan. Later, after coordination, we agreed to change to a lower-level smart room. The smart room was much cleaner and more sanitary, and it also had central air conditioning. I don’t know what it meant to arrange us in a room that was dusty and uninhabited at first! ! As shown in the picture below, everyone who saw it was shocked.
