Travelodge by Wyndham Florence

The bed was pleasurable. The bath was wonderful. We do enjoy Wyndham Hotels in Travels. The price is affordable. The rooms clean and quiet and the location is convenient. The front desk was professional and helpful. When I lost my room key they replaced it. Keep up the good work

Great rates and very clean was impressed cause there rates were affordable and a heated out door pool very friendly and nice. We played in the sand dunes and this place was very close to them . Beds were super comfy and big too. Thankyou we will be back

The alarm clock caught fire. USB ports on nightstand don’t work. The hot water faucet in the sink is missing a handle, so we couldn't use it. The floor is laminate, and is horribly dirty. it left our feet black just walking on it. it's right off the highway, and is horribly loud. The towel rod in the bathroom was broken, so they filled the holes with insulator foam, and left a big lump on the wall, and then placed the broken towel rod on the shelf by our clothes. There is water damage (I'm guessing) which has damaged the ceiling. The damage is about 3ft long. The paint is bubbled and peeling. The stairs leading to the second floor slant downward due to age and water. On a side note, the room is spacious, and the bed was comfortable, although it's set on hollow metal risers, which are noisy if hit.

The hotel looks to be recently remodeled, staff was great and the hotel room was clean and included basic amenities. If all Travelodge's were as nice as this one I would not hesitate to stay. I was surprised to see a free shuttle available to visit the ****** about a mile away.

My experience was for a budget motel i was impressed by the room it was clean and looked as if it had been refurbished. I was just looking for an overnight and came across this and was very leery after just staying in a real dump in crescent city Ca. This was cheaper and for the money i thought it was great

The room was mostly clean at least. However, the previous guest obviously burned popcorn in the microwave and the entire room smelled like there had been a fire in it recently. We had to keep every window open for our entire stay. They advertised wifi, there is none. The pool is green, I’m not sure why they are listing it as a feature. The hot tub is available but I wouldn’t get in it. The vending machines are completely empty. The ice machine is covered in ants. I wouldn’t ingest the ice. The entire outside was filthy. The shower didn’t drain and shower head didn’t stand on its own. It flopped over and sprayed the wall. Had we not prepaid with points and showed up so late after driving for 12 hours we never would have stayed but we were desperate and exhausted. The one plus was the towels were fluffy and seemed new. Overall, I know some of these old hotels can be a little run down but I want my points back.

They started by losing our reservation once we said we had a dog, which we had booked intentionally for. Then they said it was first come, first serve for pet friendly rooms and they were all taken. When we pointed out we had a reservation with a dog and that i had called to confirm this, one of the staff suggested to.the owner that there were king rooms available that would accommodate us if we got a cot as well. This set up worked but was not what we had booked. The pool was broken. The hot tub they said was working but was cool and no jets. We only had two towels in our room and getting more seemed to be an issue. We also were only allowed one room key. Room cleanliness was okay for a motel but the property overall felt in disrepair and not clean (garbage, weeds). We definitely would not stay here again.

Great easy check in with a conscientious person at the front desk. Room was large clean and a little rundown. The only reason this is not a 5 star review. The hotel is easy to find with a good bed. What more do you need? Just down the road is a Safeway (grocery), their deli has basic menu for breakfast, just a thought

Room was a little dirty. They said they remodeled. However there was something gross on curtains and floor was dirty. Never could get wifi to connect. Maybe when they're done remodeling it'll be better
