新 乾淨 整潔 隔音好 位置不錯 好停車 旁邊就有很多餐廳和大超市 離機場近,就是有一點小尷尬,酒店自己配的吹風機,結果使用起來跳匝了2次 ,其他完美

The room was ok. We only stayed 1 night. We left our car there and used their service to shuttle to and from airport. We were told to call when we returned from out vacation right after we collected our luggage. We called at least 25 times with no answer!Waited at the airport thinking maybe someone would come but they didn't!Finally we got an answer and a driver came. Not very professional at all!!We will never use this motel again!

House keeping tried to get in despite having DND sign on the door and thinking my checkout was at 11 am but in fact it was at 1 pm and upon reaching supervisor, she was the rudest person I’ve met in my entire hotel stay experiences in my life. I just asked her “why the hell was house keeping trying to get in despite having DND sign and checkout confirmed for 1 pm”. She said I was rude and hang up on me. On top of it she threatened me to kick out upon calling again. Very unprofessional and dangerous place to stay. As if it is not enough she charged me out of spite for unknown damages in the room that were either there before I even checked in or were not permanent. I stayed at this and several other hotels every month for more than a year and never have I ever charged for damages in the room. Seriously they not only not respect the privacy of the guests but have no decency or shame in charging damages that guests are not liable for. Truly disgusting

Great place! Had a minor issue with my room and the supervisor on duty reached out and made it right immediately! They text to see how things are going. I texted back and told him I'd swing by the desk on my way back to the hotel. We talked about the issue. He made it right immediately! Went above and beyond to make it right. I'll definitely be staying here again!

This hotel was super new in 2023, and in a convenient location to shopping and restaurants. It's so new that they haven't even fired up their kitchen completely yet... You can just get the breakfast buffet but not the typical Hilton Garden Inn breakfast experience yet. Overall a great place to stay because of how clean and new it is.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting family and were underwhelmed on many levels. Upon check in the woman helping us was not friendly and not communicative except when it came to the parking fee. Yes, even though there is a massive parking lot encircling the hotel and adjacent shopping complex with few cars parked in it, there is a parking fee of $10 a day for self parking. This fee is not paid through the hotel but through a third party with a VR code. Our room was not cleaned the following day and the front desk person said that housekeeping forgot. Upon check out the man at the front desk seemed annoyed that we were bothering him by asking for a printout of the bill, informed us that the printer wasn’t working and disappeared as he was telling us that we only had a $3.00 charge. He was gone and we had no way to inform him that we didn’t charge anything. I am assuming that it was for a water but we are Hilton honors members and get 2 waters for free, but not this visit I guess. We will not stay here again and would not recommend others to stay here.
