Courtyard Cincinnati Airport South/Florence

The hotel was fine and the employees were very nice. It was easy to get to and this was our first time in the area so had to solely rely on GPS. It is not super updated but the furniture was fine and the bed was comfortable. I gave it 3 stars because the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The hallway also smelled like cigarette smoke. Because of the odor I probably would not stay here again, but if that isn't something that bothers you the hotel was good for the price I paid.

the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly (and funny!). Not the same can be said for his co-worker who rudely told us "I am not working". Thankfully we did not have to deal with her for the remainder of our stay. The room was clean but noisy(we faced the highway). We did not eat at the restaurant. Lots of restaurants and shopping options nearby and about 20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. There is no pool but a nice firepit. We would stay again.

It is a great hotel. I am the bus driver for a group that visitied the Ark. Leah, at the front desk, was more than accomadating. I would highly recommed this hotel for everybody. The breakfast was great with plenty of coffee, our rooms were excellent with great beds, and they had a nice social area to visit with friends.

Fantastic property. Wonderful Staff. Great gym. Best Courtyard I have stayed in - ever. I have stayed in this hotel over the years for business but have not been back in about 7 years. The hotel has been remodeled and is by far the nicest Courtyard I know if- Highly recommend.

Visited on a Wednesday . Bistro is gross. Full of bugs. A guy who sits at the bar and doesn’t work. He doesn’t Smile and he’s rude. Doesn’t wash his hands and doesn’t looks like he showers. There’s where dirty dishes piled up and I was served wine with a glass that had lipstick on it from someone else and I saw him make my pizza where he had the doe on the counter that was dirty and didn’t have a plate underneath. It was horror

I arrived here from a long road trip for business. On the app, there were 2 room choices. One for $123.00.(a basic room) and one for $158 that was a bigger room (for $158 or $159 )that I selected. I arrived at the hotel and asked why I was charger 190. The male attendant said I had selected to pay more to accumulate points. I said, I don’t want the points so can I get a room without the points because I don’t ever use points and I’m sure I didn’t select that. He said NO, it’s what the deal is. So then I asked how many points was I supposed to get? He said he didn’t know and I could call customer service to find out. I said for him to look at my points, and he will see that I have never used points for any thing and did not need them. He again told me to call customer service. I went to my room, and it was the small, cheaper room. I called the clerk and he said sorry, I don’t have any bigger rooms. My 6’8 fiancé drove to Florence to meet me so I wanted a bigger room and didn’t want to pay more for points and a room that I didn’t want. Anyone who is tall would understand! I called customer service and was told, that I didn’t pay cash(which I knew) and she transferred me to a supervisor. After speaking with him, he basically told me to work it out with the desk clerk. If I wasn’t so tired, I would have driven the 2 hours home not to stay at this hotel! No customer service from the local person or the customer service. I just wanted the regular rate without the promotional points that I never, ever use! So I am charged for a room that I didn’t want abs paying extra for points I will never use! So disappointed with the customer service. And I had just been bragging to my fiancé how great their customer service was and he got to listen how condescending and uncaring they were…live!

I had an amazing experience with the hotel. All of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a good nights rest before a big meeting! The market also has a great selection on f snacks and the cute little bar/ restaurant has amazing food and drinks.

My stay was absolutely amazing, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk agents are very attentive and willing to help as soon as any questions or concerns. This hotel is a somewhere I would recommend to others.

The staff was incredible. They’re all welcoming and willing to help. When ordering from the breakfast, I was given a lot of options for my family (including a kids menu) I would recommend this place to anyone going through the area, business or pleasure!
