Extended Stay America Select Suites - Cincinnati - Florence - Airport

Could Not Check In!!! So my flight was delayed and I didn't get to hotel until almost 1am on the night I was checking in. When I walked in the Front Desk area is all locked up and there is no one there. It is a tiny little lobby area where yiu check in and then there's another door which leads to elevator and hotel rooms. So there's a corded phone in tnis tiny lobby, area that says dial 0 to get an operator if noone's at tbe front desk. So I dial and it takes me through a few prompts where I press 1 for people trying to Check in. It rang forever and then someone finally picked up. Some customer service desk that sounded like they were in another country. He tried calling the night attendant who is suppose to be on dutyand they did not pick up. Then he called general manager and he didn't pick up. Then he called the district manager and he did not answer. All the time he's puttimg me on hold when he's tryingbto reach these other staff members. So I gave up and went next door to a Qualty Inn & got a room there where there is somebody working the front desk 24 hours a day which all major hotels should have. I'm most certainly going to get a refund for the hotel room at Extended Stay America where I NEVER got to check in. I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone ever stay at that hotel. What an AWFUL situation it is if you have to check in after 10pm!!!

READ THIS B4 YOU BOOK…, You should be ashamed of yourself for up charging by 3x the regular price for a of a popular artist being in tow. This room wouldn’t have been worth the $85 they usually charge. Shame on you’ll, very disgraceful. And you’d think $260 you’d have a tv that works. You all should refund some money!

While I was looking for a place to allow for pets, I was more than a little surprised at how well the building and rooms were kept. In addition, I never heard anyone’s pets unless they were outside and I was outside too. The staff was. Very courteous and Friendly. In all, my only complaint was the lack of vegan selections in the vending machines. Otherwise, I was extremely impressed.

Tweakers and the building smells like an ash tray as well as my room!

My room was dirty! It was in the shower that was nasty. I took pics even and I made the mistake of walking around with no shoes on and my gf wet were black the floor was so dirty!
