The spa is so good
If it had a swimming pool, it would be by far the best hotel I've stayed in in Switzerland.

The bathroom was transparent, so I went with 3 friends, except that it was a bit uncomfortable.
It was good
The number of breakfast items is a bit small.

Stylisches Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal
Tolles Hotel, coole Lobby und Bar.
Stylisches Zimmer, offenes Badzimmer mit viel Platz.
Schöner Balkon, leider zugänglich vom Nachbarzimmer, wenig Privatsphäre.
Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, ebenfalls sehr nettes Personal.

The Best in Flims
Tolles Hotel, super freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, Bar Kino, Shopping etc. alles im selben Gebäude und gleich beim Skilift gelegen. Auch das Spa ist sehr schön. Alles top!

Nice but too expensive for the services offered
Nice place because of location. Too expensive for what it is. Nice staff. Asked for a late checkout. Got 30mns more:-)) otherwise need to pay CHF 50 for 2 hours. Would have surely paid more for lunch at the place if they had said ok for a 2 hours late check out. A bit too short sighted for me. Sauna only opens after 4pm on a sunny day and do not forget your towels from the bedroom:-)). They could do a bit better for the prices charged
