I don't know what to say, except THANK YOU to those who welcomed us with open arms in this modest residence but at the same time full of everything you need. The wifi worked perfectly (even if we didn't care much since we were on vacation and not for work), television worked but never watched, everything was always clean, breakfast not very variable but honestly had everything you needed to start the day with strength. The boy who welcomed us, remained in our hearts to the point that we were all sad to leave and he said goodbye to us from the taxi with infinite sweetness. I highly recommend it as a solution to be able to tour the island well and be independent. The pool was wonderful, but with that sea we never swam in it. The beach is a 10 minute walk away as is the supermarket.

The location of the hotel right on the beach, the staff and facilities as well as water activities were all good. Also the Deluxe club room that we booked had a beautiful sea view and was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Gifts on the bed on arrival a Pashmina, tote bag & T-shirt were a lovely touch and it was a nice surprise to have a full fridge with cold drinks. Also a bottle of champagne and fruit were delivered to our room which I thought was a mistake but found out this was also a welcome gift after we had checked in. Just got back from a 9 night all inclusive stay. Food is a buffet which I guess most AI is and there’s a number of choices each meal but the quality of food just wasn’t there. Re-heated food that isn’t hot when ate it and apart from one or 2 meals most of the meat was tough and of poor quality. Where possible we tried to get something that was being fresh cooked like omelettes or poached eggs at breakfast. I had to send the milk back after putting g on my cereals and taking one mouthful to find it was off. We filled up on a lot of bread and plain pasta. After both of us had tummy issues. It’s such a shame the food lets it down as the staff work so hard I am sure in the kitchen but they need to be checking the quality of what they are putting out, some food including desserts were just not edible.

There are really few reviews about this hotel, especially for Chinese tourists. I have also done a lot of homework, but there are no substantial opinions, so I want to write a review that is useful for Chinese tourists. First of all, there are really few Chinese tourists in this hotel. I didn't meet any during my four-day stay. I will evaluate it from several aspects: First, the service is very good. From the first night of check-in, the front desk who greeted us and the service staff and staff we met every day were warm and thoughtful. Second, the environment. The hotel has many rooms and a large location. The room we were assigned is close to the hotel restaurant and the swimming pool and beach. We walked around the hotel. If we were assigned to a slightly farther room, it would actually take several minutes to walk, but they should have a battery car pick-up service (we used a battery car to deliver our luggage on the first day we came). The hotel's greenery and swimming pool are good, not to mention the beach, which is really pleasant. Third, the room is quite satisfactory. If you are used to staying in a domestic five-star hotel, you may not be able to adapt to it. After all, the facilities and decorations in China are really excellent now. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes, and the drinks in the mini bar are charged. The shower is a bit lacking in water and a bit hot and cold. Fourth, for meals, we booked HB, because I booked this hotel half a year in advance, so the price-performance ratio is good. I would like to point out that if you are really used to eating white food, you should find it ok, but I couldn't eat it on the third day, I missed the eight major cuisines of China too much. Finally, this hotel is very close to Casela, Blue Bay, and the starting point of Chasing Dolphins. In short, this hotel is worth recommending.

It's close to Dolphin Bay. Considering the time of rest, I took a night here. The water in the bathroom is not very good. There is no shower curtain in the shower. The water leaks out, and then there is no water outside. The room is flooded ... Then there is the faucet, which is a bit malfunctioning ... There is also a common problem of the hotel west of the hairball, ants are raging, and there are many heartfelt. On the chair, the cup, the table, but fortunately, there is no food in the bed, they do not go to bed The waiter was very nice. Although he didn't speak the language, he tried his best to consider the customers. Thank you very much.

We have just come back from a week away . We can’t rate the maradiva high enough . It’s absolute paradise . We stayed in villa 101 which is directly on the beach , the villa it’s self is the best we’ve ever stayed in and probably ever will! We treated ourselves to the couples romance experience at the spa which was 2 hours of absolute bliss and also enjoyed the Rolls Royce chauffeur and picnic with a tour around the island ( very indulgent and a totally unforgettable experience!) We even had a private evening meal on the jetty . Every member of staff and I mean every member of staff could not do enough for us. When you arrive you are signed a butler who you can contact whenever you need something which I thought was a very nice touch and non intrusive. The beach staff were so kind to us and we were treated to a complimentary drink and a little snack at lunch time . After a day on the beach or sightseeing every late afternoon we were greeted with a selection of delicious little cakes in our room again complimentary which we weren’t expecting. The food was of a high standard in every restaurant and the cocktail bar was the perfect place to have a drink whilst watching the sun go down . On another note which I want to add is our flight was delayed by 12 hours and without hesitation the maradiva insisted we could stay in our room over night free of charge . I honestly can’t think of many places that would do this . The ethos of the maradiva is family and you certainly are treated that way .I don’t want to name any particular member of staff as I don’t want to leave anyone out, they all deserve a huge thank you everyone of the team . We have come back home feeling utterly relaxed and refreshed . We definitely will return but with our children next time as we know they will enjoy it as much as we did ! Thank you Maradiva for a holiday we will never forget and can’t wait till next time!
