There were cockroaches in the restaurant, as well as in the transit areas to the rooms. The shower was broken. There was no face towel, only body. Cheap but very bad

Great place really good value as your right next to the beach.
Was really happy with my visit and the staff are really kind and friendly and ready/available to help at any time. Rajiv the manager was always around and available for anything.

L'emplacement est idéal, les chambres sont confortables et très bien tenues, le personnel toujours souriant et aux petits soins pour sa clientèle. Mention spéciale à Vedna, qui gère le spa avec professionnalisme et offre des massages exceptionnels, maitrisant différentes techniques (Réflexologie, Ayurvédique ...) et parfaits pour se détendre et profiter au maximum de son séjour. La cuisine locale et internationale est variée et savoureuse. Les installations sont bien entretenues et complètent l'expérience. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour relaxant sur cette Île paradisiaque qu'est Maurice !

Les plus : proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Parking gratuit et très proche.
Les neutres : buffet correct sans plus pour un tel établissement (il faut faire appeler la personne en charge des oeufs/omelettes si vous souhaitez qqch). Piscine correspondante aux photos.
Les moins : BRUYANT ! Il y avait 2 bars proches de notre fenêtre de chambre. Chambres mal insonorisées côté couloir également. Odeurs de friture dans les couloirs au réveil. Matelas durs genre en pierre.
Bref, dommage pour un tel hôtel si bien situé

Très bon séjour, le personnel toujours souriant et aux petits soins. L'expérience massage, très bon moment passé sous les mains expertes de Vedna je recommande. Le cadre est propice à la relaxation et Vedna très sympathique vous accueille avec bienveillance Dans l'ensemble tout est bien, petit bémol pour l'absence de transats les samedi et dimanche ainsi que les horaires de 9h à 17h.

C'est un hôtel de qualité moyenne avec des lits durs, l'expérience peut varier selon les préférences de confort. Ce sejour etait inconfortable, rendant difficile une bonne nuit de sommeil. Le reste de l'expérience à l’hôtel avec ses autres services : propreté des chambres, accueil du personnel d'Hans et Kelvin, et commodités comme le Wi-Fi et les options de restauration. Dans un hôtel moyen, on peut espérer des services de base et des équipements corrects sans être exceptionnels. Le service spa est propre avec un bon service de Vedna. Le massage facial est réconfortant au moins. Toutefois, de manière générale, cet hôtel présente une ambiance désuète et banale.

Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, les employés sont au petits soin pour vous! Les repas sont très bon!! Je le recommande! Un grand merci spécialement à l’équipe qui été là pour nous kushi, Anish, Cathy et Yacine. Petits points négatifs, les matelas sont trop rigide et pas de pommeau de douche !
