Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Airport/Fletcher

Super easy efficient check in. Very nice and welcoming! The place looks brand new. Super clean. Awesome breakfast options. Awesome Fitness Center, for great CrossFit workouts. Night morning clerk very nice and gave us a huge thank you for staying.

The hotel is fine great proximity to airport. Sadly airport is under construction tried to find parking spot in dark . Due to construction parking is impossible and had to tote sizeable luggage over 2100 steps away uphill nary a shuttle in sight. Couldn’t find another site on TripAdvisor to alert others

Stayed for two nights while visiting Biltmore and area. Although it was not the reason for the visit, FYI this is less than a mile from Asheville's little airport. The room is plain, nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. Self serve Breakfast was well stocked and lots of room to sit. Many restaurants earby and on Hendersonville Road. There is a micro-brewery on the side street behind the hotel that had live musicians. The place itself is a little hard to find, its on a residential street (mostly) away from the main road by about a half mile. By far, the best feature is the staff at the hotel. There is a young lady named "Dom" who was one of the most mature and polite young people I have encountered in years. Another was the lady who checked us in, April. I told the manager the next day what great and enthusiastic employees he had -- also the lady that served breakfast who is from Athens, GA, sorry I cannot recall your name.

We booked this airport hotel over 2 weeks in advance to fly out early from the airport after our wedding. We went to check in and were told that we can’t check in because we are Henderson County residents. It was approaching midnight and our flight was at 6am. We were told this was on the website but if it is, it’s well hidden considering i just spent 20min looking for it. On top of that, the check in desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

This hotel was okay. Nothing fancy, but also nothing was missing or broken in our room. They had cups and water in the water dispenser in the workout room and even yoga mats hanging on the walls. Saying this hotel was okay is a compliment because we stayed at two other similar Marriotts during the same trip and they were not okay.
