Although it was inn, the room was good and the staff were welcoming. The coco's restaurant next door is also good. Next time I choose to live here, very quiet at night.

Hotel was great, reasonable central location to big sightseeing areas. Fitness centre was ok.
But the biggest downfall here for this hotel was the thin walls. We could hear voices/TVs at all hours (particularly mornings as lots of people were heading out early for tours). Could be just a joint room problem? Otherwise a very nice stay.

Used for a 1 day trip to see some snow before season ends. The location was in a great location, near shopping and restaurants.
We stayed in the king suite for three of us and a dog. Room was clean and cozy. The room had a nice modern touch.
The staff was accommodating as we needed a late check out. They obliged with no hesitation.
Over all a nice place to rest our heads.

Service was great. Madison, the front desk manager was especially responsive and considerate.
I had to move rooms as being near the laundry room was a bit noisy with people going in and out and slamming the door inconsiderately. Also, the sockets on the base of the lamps did not work and were dangerously loose with the potential of a short circuit occurring. I wouldn’t plug my tech gear in those sockets.

The people at the front desk are bright, friendly and very nice. The road from the station to the hotel is a little thrilling at night, but I don't think the security is bad.
The stay was very pleasant.
From the sincere service of our staff to the comfort of our guest rooms, hospitality is in our nature. It’s in the live-edge Canadian maple furnishings and Irish wool carpets. It’s in the always made-from-scratch meals served fresh. But it’s also in the connections that are formed in meetings or over family dinner; and the connections we facilitate with our surrounding natural wonders. Whether with the dark skies above, the Ponderosa Pines all around, or the Grand Canyon just down the road.

I am catching up with the nearby university graduation ceremony. The room is super expensive. Even the surrounding car hotels have risen to 1,300. Decisively chose Xiaomei. The best hotel in flagstaff, the environment is superb and the decoration is very good. I will choose again later.

The hotel was nice, room was nice. Coffee maker was dirty, but the room was overall ok. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The fitness center was Not to our liking tho. No ac and felt like a sauna. Only has a treadmill and a bike. The Continental breakfast , I’m sorry was horrible. It was a decent stay but would probably not be my first choice to stay again.

This hotel shares a check in desk with Howard Johnson’s and don’t try to check in before 3:00pm. Our room was clean but the pillows might have been stuffed with toilet paper rolls they were so lumpy. There is a lot of debris floating in the pool that is also shared with HJ so you have to cross a parking lot to use it. There is supposed to be a complimentary breakfast but when we asked about it we were told it was take out and we were grudgingly handed a bag with a fruit cup, granola bar, danish, and a soggy bean burrito. They could definitely do better.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel is a relatively new and advanced motel in the United States, the service is very good, the suite I live in, the bathroom is very big, the son's sofa bed can sleep well. It is the location too far from the Grand Canyon. I am set too late and during the tourist season, I can only live there. By the way, it was a bit hard.
CCourtneyThe room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.
YYUEConvenient transportation, just beside the expressway; convenient shopping, opposite to Wal-Mart; convenient parking, reported free parking. The refrigerator in the house and the microwave oven are complete, that is, the room is not big, the extra bed cannot be used, and the child needs to be asked clearly. Breakfast is a Western-style light meal, bread and coffee bacon and the like, milk is cold, people who are not used to pay attention. Overall it feels good.
HHUIFENThere is a parking lot, no shuttle bus, although the room rate does not include breakfast, but there is still a simple breakfast, the service is quite worthy of this price. Not bad, I will book this again next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel is dated but the rooms have been refurbished nicely. Bathrooms are small. There’s a big fridge and the beds are comfy, the view and outlook aren’t the best but was cheap enough. The Wi-Fi isn’t very reliable and this also affects the tv channels.
SStevenSmall hotel very friendly. Every staff member say good morning or good afternoon waved at you if you saw you in the parking lot breakfast was thin no hot only muffins toasting waffles 930 means 930. Don’t be there at 9:31 when you won’t get anything. Not a bad stay, but it’s not the Hilton just remember it’s nice and clean. The bed was already wrapped and comfortable.
GGuest UserCame in with low expectations. Many of the low-middle and middle tier hotels were very pricey or booked out for the weekend probably due to events about town. You get an overall feeling of disrepair of the building; there were big gouges in the concrete in the area we were directed to park. Right outside our room were two plywood panels propped up on the railing that had Danger or something like that written in faded marker. The room furnishings, overall color scheme felt dated and old, the paint was bubbling on the bathroom door and there was trash behind the central cabinet. On the bright side, there were value in the amenities included in the (high) room rate, a large fridge, a microwave, breakfast in the lobby and there was an outdoor swimming pool we didn't use. Breakfast selection was good, a couple of different cereals, toast, bagels, muffins, hot food included eggs, sausage and waffles. There was decent coffee, tea, and a dispenser of apple and orange juice. Unfortunately, the waffle irons were not turned on and both had dripping waffle mix in a mess. Possibly a sign instructing guests would be helpful. The seating area was adequate for the amount of people there around 630Am. We had a room with 2 double beds; the bed was fairly comfortable, there are only three pillows on each bed, it would have been nice to have a fourth. There's a rainfall shower head in the bathroom which had decent water pressure, but can present a problem if you don't want to get your head wet; there were no shower caps provided. The towels were softer and fuller than I expected. There was no box of tissues in the restroom/sink area. Overall, very basic and adequate for our one night stay that was part of a group negotiated rate. Breakfast was the highlight. Not a hint of any luxury though and wouldn't stay there again for the prices we were forced to pay that weekend.
GGuest UserIt was a decent room for a motel. Novel and cool and all the things you need in the room. Good firm beds & Lots of blankets too with a 2 blankets on each bed even. Lots of space & a lil mini kitchen. The Only issue was no parking in front of our room but that’s due to other people bringing multiple vehicles I think. And a grab to go breakfast was pretty junky-2 cupcake like mini muffins/juice box and granola bar. Not very healthy. But overall a good stay.
After reading many reviews, it appeared there could either be a disaster or a great stay for great price . I decided to take a chance and was delighted . The owner is very friendly and helpful for local eating advice and the room was beautiful ! It had very warm colors and decor . There was nothing to complain about . It was clean and the bed was very comfortable . Even the view out the door was pretty with the few tall pines . The only downside in my expectations is that I thought we could easily walk to a nearby bar or pub like place but there was a ton of traffic being detoured until late at night . Everything was about a half mile away or more on foot . We had some great pizza next store and had breakfast at a wonderful retro cafe on our way out . I’d go back anytime .
GGuest UserGrowing up in Arizona I have passed by this place numerous times over the decades but had never stayed here before. My wife and I are on post retirement a roadtrip and picked this place because of it's close proximity to the downtown area. First, the place is old and worn and not well kept. The rooms are small and cramped and the furniture is decrepit. The comforter on the bed was old and worn out and had cigarette burn holes in it. My wife had lost something on our trip and called back to the hotel to see if it might have been left behind in the room and found the staff very unhelpful. Distinctly and remarkably so. When she called she was told that they were too busy and that she should call back later. When she did she had to REPEATEDLY tell them when we were there, the room number and what we were looking for. After repeated attempts over several minutes she became disconnected in the call and decided it wasn't worth the effort to try again. The place is a dump. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
