The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

We stopped at the Twin Arrows Navajo ****** on our recent road trip. The FD agent Melodi was very friendly and got us into a great ADA room for my 84 year old mother. The room was clean, fluffy pillows, and extra blankets/robes was available in the room. The room also had a fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. My husband and I really enjoyed the hotel’s indoor hot tub and pool. The area was beautiful, clean and had cabanas and TV’s for the guests. The ****** was clean, and the food choices available was good. When we checked out, the FD agent Stefanie was also friendly. We ate breakfast in the cafe and everything was delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel, restrooms, Resturant, our hotel room were all so clean and well maintained. The valet lady was so friendly, and the front desk personnel were very efficient! We plan on returning each spring and fall on our way to Arizona for the winter and Ohio for the summer

Friendly staff, beautiful facilities, art work is amazing and all over the property. The staff were personable and shared their experiences making the experience more meaningful. Very clean and welcoming not smoky at all which I really appreciate. Easy access and a gas station right off the property. Maybe in the future a golf course would fit perfectly on the property!!

Our stay at this hotel was awesome, and we couldn’t believe how affordable it was. The hotel is beautiful; the staff, including reception, valet, restaurant servers and security personnel were professional, friendly and kind; the parking valet washed our windows on our car!!! Who does that? This place is exceptional, and we appreciate all they did to make our vacation memorable

5 stars are not enough. It is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly beautiful. Decorated with the highest quality of decor and native to its heritage. The rooms are huge. Much larger than regular hotel. Same with bathroom! I loved everything about it and so so happy I chose this hotel. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Room and service were outstanding. Room was large and almost luxious. One member of our group felt they had died and gone to heaven. Didn’t want to leave. Food was very good. Our group arrived late but they went out of their way to make us welcome.

We were on an anniversary trip around northern AZ and my husband wanted to stay at a ****** a couple nights. Overall impression was clean and new. Pros: 1.excellent staff - very helpful 2. Clean well appointed room; lovely bathroom. 3. Dinner at the Zenith Restaurant was excellent! My husband had mussels and I had chicken dore. Both some of the best we have had, and we’re well traveled. Cons: 1. The ****** was small and disappointing. 1 lonely crap table. 2 black jack table. Probably 100 slick slots which were difficult to figure out! 2. Kerig machine in our room broken. I asked for a replacement for the next day. 3. Water in the shower went from hot to cold While you were showering!!!!yikes!
