I stayed here with my husband and son for one night in a two bedroom/two bath suite. I booked Embassy Suites because I believe there to be a certain level of amenities, cleanliness, and hospitality with the brand. This was disappointing on every level. The room was disgusting with mystery stains on the furniture, the upholstery was ripped and falling apart, the spigot was falling off the wall, the drawers/doors on the cabinet just fell right off, and the toiletries had the name of a Country Inn and Suites. When we went to the front desk to get moved to another room the clearly overworked due to understaffing front desk agent was unable to help us and said that they didn’t have any rooms available. We put a duvet from the bed over the couch so that we would feel ok sitting on it and tried to make the best of our situation. Breakfast was another disappointment with no meats available at the buffet, no half and half available at the coffee station, no butter available for toast, orange juice was not drinkable, soda machine did not work, and the fresh fruit was rotted. I am Hilton Gold and have stayed at many different Hilton properties and have never had an experience like this.
