Newly opened, the location is very good, and the surrounding vintage shops are all within a few hundred meters.
The room is very new, not particularly big but the fragrance smells good and the facilities are useful.
There is also a delicious restaurant on the G floor called BANG, and it can also be called In room Dinning.

I had a fantastic stay here! The facilities are very new, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also quite good, with a nice variety of options. Although the room wasn’t very large, it was well-organized and felt comfortable without being cramped. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. My only small suggestion would be to have an extra chair in the room, which would add a bit more convenience. Overall, I still highly recommend this place!

Fantastic hotel!!! We loved our short trip staying here. Such a great location and so close to everything. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful , from the friendly and helpful staff, great room and delicious food. We will definitely be back again

We stayed in a beautiful room with a big bath. The bed was so big and comfortable and the room had wonderful light. The staff were approachable, helpful, and easy to find. It was my best friend's birthday and they made some lovely extra touches to help it feel special for him.

Such a beautiful, cool, effortless vibe to this hotel. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and I had the loveliest stay. In house restaurant is excellent. The hotel is in the heart of the action in Fitzroy yet the rooms were quiet and calm. Can't wait to visit again.

Love the location, such a different experience to inner city stay. Fitzroyr and neighbouring suburbs bursting with eclective people, places and character....as is the Hotel. New, fresh, quirky, funky, different, lovely. Will definetly stay again

Truly Melbourne - with a touch of their trademark NYC style! Loved them in America, love them even more for being here closer to home. Dishes and drinks were sublime at Bang's with very comfortable and swish working areas in the lobby to seamlessly blend work and pleasure. Super friendly - yet non-over attentive - team make you feel welcome but also respected.

Everything was perfect! From the beautiful interiors to the restaurant/bar downstairs to the friendly and helpful staff, to the perfect location in Fitzroy. We were celebrating my birthday and the lovely staff left a hand written note with some sweet treats, such a thoughtful touch. We also ate at the restaurant downstairs and had the most gorgeous food and wine.. you have to try the dumplings!! I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Melbourne now!
