Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an der I-25 in einem zweckmäßigen Neubau. Das Foyer ist genauso modern gestaltet, wie die Zimmer. Der Weg dorthin kann über den einzigen Aufzug aber schon etwas länger sein. Zur Ausstattung gehörten auch ein Fitnesscenter, ein Pool sowie eine Wäscherei - nahe des Aufzugs etwas versteckt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und variierte beim zweitägigen Aufenthalt leicht. Zu Eiern gab es Würstchen oder gebratenen Speck, Cerealien, Bagels, Waffeln und Obst. Besonders lecker waren die frischen Zimtschnecken.

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. So clean and everything was so nice. Nice, quiet ‘roomy’ rooms. A great variety of items for breakfast.

This will be my go-to hotel when visiting family and friends in the Firestone area. Check-in was a breeze, the room was nice and clean. The shower wins with ample spots to put toiletries and a spot to place your foot when you shave. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. Parking was convenient and there were plenty of spaces available near the front entrance. I will be back!

First room (128) was quite clean and smelled good but the mattress had multiple urine stains and a blood stain on it. Switched rooms (300) and the room smelled bad (like they had cleaned the carpets due to cat urine or something.)but the room and the mattress was clean. I didn’t have time to change rooms for a third time because I had to be somewhere. Then, the person below us in 200, blared his tv so loud we couldn’t sleep. We complained multiple times. Front desk couldn’t do anything according to them and couldn’t change us rooms. When my husband complained at 12:30am they said well we do have a room available clear on the other side-I chose not to change rooms at this point as that would take to long to pack up in the middle of the night and who knows what the room would’ve been like. Breakfast food was cold and it had far less offerings than other holiday inn hotels. The location was good.

I stayed here last year and was meaning to write a review. Hotel is still very much new so has many good amenities. The lobby, rooms, and the pool were very clean. Many nearby restaurants and shops. The man who managed the breakfast was very friendly with all guests. The only thing I have a complaint about was I wrote and called manager Duston about a weather related matter which he never responded to.

There is a remarkable number of breakfast options (eggs, sausage, cold cereals, oatmeal, wonderful cinnamon rolls, oranges, bananas, muffins, pancakes, bagels, toast, juices, coffee, tea, yogurt, eggs to name a few items). We were extremely impressed with the staff keeping the breakfast area clean and keeping items stocked. We are very particular about cleanliness and this exceeded our standard. There are many staff available throughout the hotel keeping things wiped down. This was so nice to see and the staff all seemed to care about keeping things clean from the breakfast area, to the room to the commons area. We had started feeling discouraged with the IHG brand in the last few years with hotels looking ran-down and not so clean however this renewed our faith in IHG again. This hotel has ample parking. We felt safe in this area. There were many choices of places to eat in the area.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you can sleep through all kinds of noise (it sounded like a herd of elephants above us). The front desk said they would call the room above, but it still went on for another hour. Disappointing experience considering we paid a lot to stay there.
