"We stayed at this wonderful hotel from July 26th to August 2th, 2025. What can I say? It was a wonderful experience. Great attention to guests from the reception to the dinner (expecially Daniel who was perfect). We booked a Maple suite on the first floor. It is a suite with two rooms, big and with a nice view on the mountain and the Finkerberg cable car. The hotel is very clean. The valley is divine!!"

"We stayed for a week in the hotel for skiing. The team of the hotel were just great!! We had a night flight, arrived at the hotel around 9am. The room was still not ready of course but after an hour the owner sent us a note that the room is ready. The room/small apartement is big enough, clean and have everything you need in case you don't want to eat outside or in the hotel. Breakfast was everything we need to start the day. And actually I just checked and I was in that hotel 10 years ago; it is just getting better and better. Highly recommended. Doron."

"The family-run hotel is beautiful, modernly renovated and has generous, beautiful, clean rooms with balcony and practical boxes, and is quietly located. The cableway is not 5 minutes walk, and the bus stop is just one minute. The bus gets to Mayrhofen in a few minutes. Breakfast is very rich - qualitatively as quantitatively - and very beautifully presented – a real pleasure. The staff were friendly. Insbes. Thank you very much to Mrs Barbara from the reception for her appreciated hospitality as well as to the Buchsteiner family. I look forward to another time."

"We had an absolutely perfect stay. We stayed in a family room. The rooms were large, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The proximity to the lift was fantastic and we used the shuttle daily. Our daily breakfast was hearty. We had cooked to order eggs, and a large selection of other delicious options. We were able to get back from our ski day for the daily cakes. The dinners were absolutely fantastic. You could fill up on just the buffet alone, but the three entree selections each night were all varied and delicious. I appreciated the local cuisine. The staff all deserve a shout out for being kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our interactions with them. Bobo and Atilla were fantastic and really helped make sure we were taken care of. The hotel was able to help with laundry service during our stay, they helped arrange transportation back to the Munich airport, we were able to purchase our lift tickets directly through the hotel. The ski lockers and boot dryers in the lockers were fantastic. I felt the hotel was a great value for everything it offered."
