We spend one week in Santorini in very nice villa in greek style. We had private jacuzzi and felt very private. Owner - Eugenia was very kind and helped me with booking some activities and gave me adres to very private sunset spot (without thousands of people) Breakfast were also vey good and i’m glad i could try some greek specials . I’m highly recommend this host and i’m sure you would love apartment and Foinikia which is a few minutes from beautiful Oia 🫶🏻😊😊

The place is wonderfully amazing, beautiful sceneries, very calm and resourceful .. above all the kindness of Eugenia she was very caring and welcoming, helped us for taxi booking, luggage carrying (thanks Azad), gave us as well a lot of tips about places to visit and so on .. absolutely amazing stay .. thanks a lot Eugenia

Nous avons passé un séjour de 4 jours dans la villa de Eugenia. Elle a été très accueillante et disponible durant toute la durée du séjour. La chambre était rangé et propre durant tout le séjour et le petit déjeuner servi tous les matins par Azad. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa.

My experience at this hotel was incredible. The room is extremely cozy, beautiful, and always clean. The breakfast is great, and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The location is excellent, with the center of Oia reachable with a 20-minute walk. Additionally, there are two restaurants very close to the hotel. Just a note: the outdoor jacuzzi is on the upper floor, where each room has its own, so it is not a completely private area.

Perfect host in perfect place!! Just 5 minutes walk to famous Oia hills. The place is pittoresques. We have enjoyed a lit our stay. Fresh breakfast is delivered every morning at the time you prefer! Eygenia has arranged our pickup from the port and also the return. Definitely a place to be!

If you are looking for the perfect holiday house on Santorini look no further. This beautiful villa has everything you need and the furniture is brand new. The outside jacuzzi is a great bonus too! It's located in the quiet and very traditional village of Finikia so staying away from the more crowded and bustling streets of Oia will make you feel like a local. Eugenia was a fantastic hostess - very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. From the day we arrived to the day we left this was a 10/10 experience!

Lovely accommodation, particularly love the outdoor jacuzzi. Eugenia is very nice and has been extremely helpful in recommending places to go and eat etc. and made us felt super welcome. Recommend this place for anyone who wants to avoid the crowd in Oia as the accomdation is walking distance to town whilst nested in a quiet area.

Endroit magnifique et très bien situé. Tout près de oia, en 10 minutes a pieds seulement. Les chambres du Aetheria villas sont superbes, propres, spacieuses, confortables, une vue magique sur la mer et le spa est un grand plus. Les prestations sont géniales et l'accompagnement aussi. Eugénia est très sympathique et souriante et aussi très arrangeante. Nous avons passé 3 jours de pur bonheur
