Albergo in zona tranquilla e silenzosa, in ottima posizione per visitare Roma e dintorni nonché l'Umbria e la bassa Toscana, trovandosi a poca distanza dall'autostrada Roma - Firenze. Stanze confortevoli e pulite, personale cordiale e competente. Ottima la colazione ed il ristorante.

Camera con vista su una giungla e piena di zanzare. Struttura che al primo impatto fa già intendere che le 4 stelle sono troppe, io direi non più di tre. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non adeguato. Molto comoda la vicinanza all'autostrada, tolto questo non trovo altro. Non ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Siamo andati ieri in questo albergo pulitissimo con delle persone di una gentilezza infinita e ci hanno anche fatto delle carbonerie non dovute La colazione ricca e piena di cibo sia salato che dolce Camere molto pulite comode con letto grande Siamo stati benissimo Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a fiano andremo lì

Una notte per lavoro in questa zona della provincia di Roma molto isolata e senza servizi ma questo hotel dona un ottimo servizio camere pulite con tutti confort e una cena ad ottimi prezzi il menù completo con pietanze romane è azzeccato. Buona colazione con orari adeguati. Consigliato e personale super gentile

Non so come possa essere 4 stelle. Stelle cadenti. Ero di passaggio e mi hanno dato la "suite". Una camera con soppalco. Nel soppalco non arrivava l aria condizionata e si moriva letteralmente di caldo. Ho trovato cibo in un armadietto e il bagno sporco. Per la modica cifra di 160 €. Sono rimasta in camera 10 minuti e poi sono andata via immediatamente. Che vergogna
