"The hotel is comfortable, clean, and quite quiet, but the location is a bit far from the ancient city, but taking a taxi is not expensive. You can get to the ancient city for 20 yuan. The surrounding facilities of the hotel are also quite complete, including a large supermarket and McDonald's."

"The staff were very kind. They even came to pick me up when I went to the riad, so I was able to get there without getting lost. After checking out, they accompanied me to catch a taxi and told the driver where to go, so I was able to get around without any trouble.
The building was also very beautiful, and breakfast felt luxurious. It's also conveniently located near the Blue Gate.
It was a great stay."

I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much."

Staff super sweet and helpful, great decoration and rooms, super breakfast in the garden and, if you drive, parking 3 minutes away. 10 min walk to the Blue gate and the busy area. The lady at the reception gave us a map and detailed information for our visit to the medina, she is super helpful. Definitely raccomanded for your stay!"
