Out of our week in Morocco this was the worst Riad we stayed at. The room was ok however the bathroom was awful. The shower handle was rusty and had flies in it. There was a leak from the roof when it was raining that came into the bathroom floor. The breakfast wasn’t the best. Dirty cups and napkins. They didn’t even clean our room and we still have our used towels that weren’t changed. Had to ask for my toilet paper cause they didn’t come to clean the room. We couldn’t wait to get out.

Pour un séjour de trois nuits avec demi pension 4 chambres utilisées. Bâtiment très joli mais attention: aucune insonorisation des chambres, suivant votre choix de chambre vous aurez une expérience différente. Le tout mériterait une grande rénovation. Certaines sdb sentent les égouts, le ménage n a pas du tout été fait durant nos 3 jours. Le restaurant se trouve à 500 m avec une bonne côte à monter. Aucun choix sur le menu, du coup le même le premier et le troisième jour. Aucune possibilité non plus de changer les plats. Spectacle proposé intéressant mais trois fois de suite c est épuisant et il a été difficile d y échapper. Si vous acceptez que l on prenne vos bagages pour vous les monter attendez vous à devoir payer à chaque fois. Aucune sécurité non plus pour vos effets personnels. Pour la terrasse de l hôtel certes la vue est sublime mais rien de plus. Le bar ne sert à rien il n' est pas utilisé. Le pdj est plutôt de bonne qualité n hésitez pas à demander du rab de thé ou de café car servi à la tasse. Enfin pour vos excursions les guides ne viennent pas vous chercher au riad il faut soi même monter au parking et attendre. Bref pour résumé une expérience d une nuit vous suffira. Il y a nettement mieux ailleurs pour le même prix.

Très propre et le service est top. On a passé un très bon séjour. Le dîner était variés et authentique. Le checking était rapide. Je recommande Palais Firdaous si vous êtes à Fès. On reviendra l’année prochaine avec nos amis. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

Le personnel est superbe, accueillant, à l'écoute, serviable... Magnifique décoration, en unison avec les siècles d'histoire de la ville. Très bon emplacement, à cote des taxi rouges qui t'amène partout, petit déjeune dans le patio vegetalisé je le conseille fortement

Very beautiful Riad! The palace is very beautiful and very large. It really makes you want to stay in the central rooms all day! It’s a very nice oriental atmosphere, with little noise. Beautiful, richly decorated Ryad. Very pleasant for the common areas. Rooms (2 used) decorated, large but with little natural light and little soundproofing. Correct bedding. Questionable hygiene because the cleaning is too imperfect. Obsolete furniture and equipment. Strong point: Kindness of the staff (genuinely pleasant waitress) and quality of welcome. Very old very traditional riad in good location but could do with refurbishment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable beds. Lots of steps if not on ground floor therefore would not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Roof terrace has great views of Fez. Felt dark but cool didn’t use AC
