Spent three nights at the Riad El Yacout in Fes, Morocco in October 2024. Loved the rooms and all the incredible furnishings located throughout the riad. It was a living museum. The food was very good and the staff even better. In particular, Marcos was a bundle of energy, spreading joy and helpfulness every minute of the day. Not sure if he ever slept but he was the best "hotel employee" ever! What a gentleman!

Loved my stay at Riad El Yacout. The riad is beautiful and historic. The staff was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect for exploring Fes. I highly recommend a stay here!
My only complaint was there was a cockroach creeping around my room. I know it's an old building in an old city, so not much you can do about that, but I didn't love it haha.

The service was absolutely fantastic. In particular,Marcos took care of EVERYTHING for us. He came out to the road (which is quite a distance) to help with our bags; he managed the serving of the dinner… which was outstanding ; he helped with a couple of minor maintenance issues. He made our stay a truly enjoyable experience! We also had the “Hassam” - the black salt scrub filled by a massage. Outstanding!

This riad was fabulous! We had a room on the top floor hitch required walking up 50 plus steps but there was a small elevator to use if needed. Our room was VERY spacious and had everything we needed including a safe and a refrigerator. The food from the restaurant was very good. We were traveling with a Collette group and the only thing we didn’t care for was our breakfast….too much bread! Adding some cheeses and more fruit would be a nice touch. The VERY BEST apart of our stay was the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the employees. Marco stands out as one of the most enthusiastic people we have ever encountered! He went out of his way to see that we had everything we needed or wanted. We also experienced the hamman here s well…very nice!

Arrived at this Riad and was extremely surprised with the place and the staff that greeted us with welcoming service and great accommodations. Dinner was phenomenal taste and room was comfortable. The staff was a huge feature that ensured our stay was wonderful; headed by Abdul and followed by Marcus. Come and stay …. Enjoy a Moroccan spirit of friendship.

The hotel was beautiful and rooms unique! Service and food were excellent! Marco took very good care of our group!! We did the Hammam. It was an experience everyone should try! It was an experience that was a little uncomfortable , but well worth it! You feel great afterwards!Would definitely recommend this hotel!

What did you say The is one of the best places to stay. The owner is one of the best advisors. He gave us a first class tour and attention attention. We wanted to go outside. He promised to keep us safe and he did even though he didn’t have to go with us. He opened the door after he had closed.

Our stay at the Riad was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. We were served the traditional Moroccan mint tea and cookies and Marcos was fantastic and gave us the history of the fabulous Riad, one of the oldest and largest in all of Morocco. I would add that it was the most beautiful Riad in all of our trip throughout Morocco. Thank you Marcos and your beautiful staff for taking such great care of us. One last note- I had a stomach bug that I caught before arriving to the Riad, Marcos had his staff prepare a detox drink made from black tea, lemon, honey and hot water. It was delicious and just the willingness to go above and beyond to make me feel better was very special. Don’t hesitate to stay here on your trip to Fes.

I benn with a group with gate 1 service is excellent and people are very friendly and the place like a magic very clean and the food is good highly recommend this place is just a masterpiece really thank to Abdul Najoua and the rest of the staff hopefully will back soon
