Real Ferrol

Ubicación muy buena pero falta de mantenimiento, ruidos de noche de las bajantes del baño y de los de arriba. Mala accesibilidad si vas con alguna limitación física.

Teníamos una habitación con vistas al patio interior, pero teníamos un precio de 65€ con desayuno incluido en pleno centro de Ferrol. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien. Queríamos empezar a las 7 a caminar y nos ofrecieron el mismo self service desde las 6:00 am. Al final bajamos a las 7:30 porque pensamos que aunque la etapa gasta Pontedeume era larga, tampoco hacia falta salir de noche y no ver nada de Ferrol.... Al final esa decisión fue un error, en cuanto a la etapa porque al final salió el sol y estamos en una ola de calor de agosto (increíble en Galicia), pero fue un acierto en cuanto al desayuno porque el pan llega a las 19:30

In my opinion, it was poor, the curtains were broken, the doors were in poor condition, there was no breakfast, the table was empty, there were 2 jars of cereal and a bowl of muffins, the waiting room sofas were impossible to find, they were uncomfortable and shabby. The only positive thing was the location.

Arriving from the airport of A Coruna for the Camino, we show up at 5 pm. Very kind: they show us the room, give us some advice for the Camino, tell us where to eat and what to do. Quiet. Very abundant breakfast on time. Very clean and fragrant room.

Hôtel propre, chambre exiguë et défraîchie.Pas de beurre au petit déjeuner,pas de charcuterie, pas d'oeufs.2 oranges se battent en duel....et pas de parking dans l'hôtel. Pas très pratique quand vous voyagez en moto. Je n'y retournerai pas .

The hotel is not a three star hotel, but a one star hotel. That is false advertising. The bathroom is basic, it didn't even have a shelf. There is hardly any room to move from one side of the bed to the other. The reservation was made more than a month in advance and they gave me the smallest room.

The staff is 12/10 or more. The location is good. But I am disappointed. I booked three months ago, spending 17 minutes on the phone to explain the condition of two rooms together or as close as possible and they did not understand that condition. In the end they solved it, as I said the staff was very empathetic. The hotel looks like two buildings together, it is a total labyrinth, not recommended or rather not at all for children or older people, my mother could not go alone and my 14-year-old daughter got lost in the labyrinth and there was another couple who did not know if they had to go up one side or the other, literally. It is not accessible, you have to go up at least 6 steps and the standard rooms are not spacious. There are no toilet brushes in the bathrooms. Nor hot water at night. I wanted to wash my little daughter's feet in hot water at night and after a while it came out lukewarm for not even a minute. The first rooms they gave me, I changed rooms exactly three times, the second time they did not close the blinds. Breakfast was not very good, but it was the next best thing. My daughter cannot drink milk from animals and they had run out of it on the two mornings I was there. My sister could not have coffee, a normal coffee, because there was none. There is no liquid waste or sink or similar. Very poor space, about ten tables. We had to wait to have breakfast, like many other people. Logically, although the treatment of the staff was more than exquisite, I will not return. Not accessible, labyrinth, without hot water or toilet brush, do I have to check if the blinds close? They do not have milk for the girl or a normal coffee for me.

Sí quieres hospedarte en un sitio con CERO comodidades éste es el indicado. Paredes de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo de habitaciones contiguas y pasillos , ni champú, ni calefacción, ni toalla para el pelo . Tuvimos que pedir el secador 2 veces y nos lo dieron el último día . Lo único que merecía la pena era la cama , estoy segura de que no repetiré . Nada recomendable
