Hotel in zona centrale e molto comoda per spostamenti in centro con facilità di parcheggio. Sono molto critico quando il personale non è attento ai bisogni dei clienti. Non è accettabile che alla reception alla mattina ci sia solo una persona per fare il check-out ai clienti.

Fantastic location right next to the Castello Estense. Staff very helpful, room immaculate, modern and clean, spacious modern bathroom, extensive choice at breakfast buffet. Perfect for our short stay.

Praticamente di fronte al Castello, l'hotel ha una posizione privilegiata e strategica per visitare il centro di Ferrara, una volta parcheggiata la macchina si può girare la città tranquillamente a piedi. Stanze spaziose, perfettamente ordinate e mantenute, estremamente silenziose e comode. Colazione varia e abbondante, personale molto gentile e disponibile, sicuramente una location da consigliare

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale
L'hotel si trova in posizione centrale, in prossimità del castello estense, ottimo per visitare a piedi tutta la città. Hall e sala colazione recentemente ristrutturate. Camera ristrutturata (escluso il bagno comunque ben sistemato) comoda anche se non grande. Buona colazione, personale molto gentile e professionale sia alla reception che alla sala colazione. Da consigliare.
