Upgrade upon arrival. Asked for a quiet room and given a quiet room. Very modern, clean rooms. Pool area lovely. Gym very good, lots of equipment. Booked a further 2 nights and given the upgrade again to stay in the same room as the hotel was quiet. This is what I would expect however, it doesn’t often happen so pleased it did.

Great place, very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows exceptional 😌. Have been twice and will go again. Great for a solo traveller, I was made very welcome by all the staff, who are very friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is a lovely size not too big and very private.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, toujours aussi merveilleux. Super petit déjeuner, chambre très propre, personnels très sympa aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour très agréable. Tout était parfait.Nous y retournerons et nous le recommandons.

We’ve had an excellent stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean, shower is pleasant, beds are good and the breakfast is perfect with fresh bread, and all type of fresh products ranging from ham, eggs and fresh fruit. Continuously the staff is refilling everything. Also the staff is nice, in particular a special thanks to Edouardo. Edouardo is a hard worker who also reserves room to make a chat with the guests in any type of language. Besides that Edouardo provides tips to the guests on what is nice to do in the region. All in all we’ve had a perfect stay, and would definitely recommend this hotel!

We were a unsure when we first arrived here. Our room was large and the patios are huge. Everything was spotless and it felt new. Lots of sunbeds and a nice pool. Would have been nice to have sunbed mattresses. This is one of those places where they give you towel tokens. It’s then down to you to take your towels back to reception to exchange them. Would be simpler to leave a towel bin near the pool and put fresh towels in your room each day, or have them near tomhe pool to collect. Many of the staff have limited English, which is not their fault, but it does make if difficult ordering things sometimes. We considered using the restaurant but it had no atmosphere and zero views. Location is OK, there is a great beach around 10 minute walk away. There’s a restaurant opposite the hotel, but take cash as they don’t accept cards and you’d have to have international banking set up if you wish to pay online. Breakfast was reasonable and lots of options. You won’t be disappointed here, but you also wont’t be wowed.

Nous avons passé 4 nuit dans cet hôtel, après avoir fuit le ONE2SEVEN, voir autre avis ! Cet hôtel est d'une propreté exceptionnelle, les studio chambres sont très fonctionnels et très bien équipés. Petits déjeuners excellents gentillesse de l'accueil, piscine de grande taille, enfin bref je le recommande sans aucunes hésitation. J'oublie le parking sécurisé, et le petit déjeuner à emporter pour le voyage matinal du retour ! Vraiment merci, et si nous revenons un jour à Ferragudo, ce sera chez vous sans aucun doute !!!

I joined the air conditioned Gym as i was staying locally. This place is amazing, i used all the facilities including the Spa and Treatments. However it was the Gym that i loved the most. Staff on hand to give you support and very reasonably priced PT. Miguel & Roberto go above and beyond. I will be back.

La ubicación está muy bien, pues permite ir caminando a algunas playas. Pero la habitación y especialmente el cuarto de baño demasiado pequeños para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Además, en el baño no se ofrece champú ni ningún amenitie siendo un hotel de playa, más que el gel de ducha. El servicio de limpieza muy deficiente; algunos días ni pasaban. El desayuno buffet está correcto, pero se echa de menos más variedad; toda una semana lo mismo sin casi opciones sin gluten a pesar de haber avisado con antelación. La camarera un poco despistada... La piscina genial.
