This place is fantastic for relaxing in the sun at the beach across the street or the pool. The rooms have plenty of room and are nicely appointed. We had a nice view of the Atlantic in the distance and the pool. Breakfast on the terrace was tasty, filling and so scenic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a welcome drink and pateis de nata was a nice touch. There was an honor bar in the room, but no free water. They did share some carob treats which is a specialty in the area, but as a chocolate lover, I did not enjoy them. It was nice of them to offer though. The clientele was all couples and it was very quiet and peaceful. I had considered a larger resort before booking, but am so glad we booked here. I’d be back in a heart beat! The beach is easy to walk to and so beautiful. What a treat to get a couple of loungers for the day and relax and enjoy the water and sun. I couldn’t ask for a better setting or place to relax in. It was close to drive into Carvoeiro for a fantastic selection of restaurants.

We have just finished our second holiday here and again it was fabulous. The hotel is situated within a short to the beach, the rooms are lovely and the staff are lovely. Special mention to Ana,Tatiana and Paulo. They made our stay all the more memorable

We took advantage of their Valentine's offer; first class accommodation, food and service. We were able to secure a sea view room overlooking the pool which was fabulous. The linen was top notch, the room huge, as was the bathroom with stand alone bath and huge separate shower, twin sinks. The bed was enormous and so comfortable. Part of the offer included a Thai massage, which was pure bliss, one of the best we've had. Breakfast was also one of the best we've had, with the most amazing service by incredibly friendly staff, some who appear to speak many languages! From the moment we arrived to our departure, the stay was memorable and very enjoyable. The only negative was the exit onto the road which is very dangerous, we nearly had an accident as it is a blind corner and although there are mirrors opposite, you couldn't see approaching vehicles well, however, this wouldn't put us off returning, which we will one day ....... hopefully!

We only had a one night stay but the hotel and rooms were amazing. The checkin was seamless and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room is huge and bed was huge. We had breakfast included and it was great with a huge selection of food and fresh fruit available. If you are looking for a dinner location head down to the beach for sunset just down the road and the hotel owned Rei Das Praisas. The hotel will reserve a table and try the fish rice.

Absolutely beautiful property. Small with only 18 rooms so most of the time could feel like your own luxury villa. Incredibly clean. Beautifully appointed bedroom. Lovely pool. Delicious food and the staff are incredibly professional but with the right level of fun too. There is a road in front of the hotel as some people mention but it really didn’t bother us. The sea from the sea view room is absolutely just that. Sea in front of your room. It’s not right on the sea but you can absolutely see the sea. 😂😂😂 couldn’t recommend it enough.

como começar! Ah! pela localização, EXCELENTE ..... pertíssimo da praia..... Depois CHARME do HOTEL, arquitetura e enquadramento.... Atendimento TOP, com um largo sorriso e uma bebida .... fazendo o check in .... vamos ficando encantados com toda a beleza interior do hotel e vista para a praia e piscina, que linda que é!!!!! Quarto moderno, bem equipado e acolhedor. Excelente produtos de higiene e banho. Acesso gratuito a uma excelente internet... Pequeno almoço condizente, quer na quantidade, quer no qualidade e serviço, de excelência!!!!!!!!!!!! Optima Garrafeira, apenas o olhar nos deixa ................... Cozinha serve refeições simples, "gostosas" .... mas tem sempre o ONE & ONLY "REI das PRAIAS" a alguns passos, para nos deliciar .... Uma palavra para o Luis Martinho (o "Grande"), filho do também Grande Sr. David, o Rei das Praias!!!! Se não conhece, tem de conhecer ... Hotel, Restaurante, Luis e Sr David, ÚNICOS!!!! Beautiful quiet little gem of a hotel staff were amazing! From the first moment we got there breakfast was wonderful I looked forward to it daily fresh fruit pastries cooked breakfast yogurt different breads the staff were so attentive we couldn’t have asked for more they were always on hand to refill our coffee and orange juice , my husband and I came as a couple and my elderly father was staying in ferrugoda they allowed my father to come to the pool area to relax with us as he was on his own even though he was not a guest, we also had a early morning checkout and they made breakfast as a takeaway for us and bless they even made one for my dad they went above and beyond we felt a million dollars beautiful rooms and furnishings and the surrounding gardens were beautiful. The beach was very close by and again beautiful if you like entertainment it probably isn’t for you it was like therapy a complete rest and the quietness we craved.

My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding and the following night - we had always wanted to stay here as we know the area well and we were not disappointed. We had mentioned that we were getting married, and the staff had kindly beautifully decorated our room with flowers and left us a cold bottle of champagne which was a lovely touch. Our room was amazing, a huge terrace with a gorgeous sea view and the room itself had an amazing electronic skylight which meant you could see the stars when lying in bed at night. The breakfast was also fantastic, the food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, eager to get us anything we wanted (and we saw that they were treating all guests in the same brilliant way). The hotel has a brilliant infinity pool which overlooks the sea and it very relaxing. We loved our stay, it was the perfect way to begin our marriage. Thank you so much Luis and the rest of the staff!
