Estávamos em 6 casais, o serviço da cozinha bastante confuso. Fazíamos pedidos, as coisas não chegavam. Os colaboradores Walmir e Paloma fizeram o impossível p tentar amenizar os problemas. Bangalôs sem água quente, durante a noite e início .Um absurdo , todos os banheiros da pousada sem ducha higiênica.

Desde a recepção, a pousada com a vista para o mar, o café da manhã e a atenção dos funcionários foram excelentes. Me hospedei no bangalô, muito bom o tamanho. A piscina poderia ter um sistema apenas para quebrar o gelo, para ser mais utilizada na parte da manhã.

stunning Beautiful place, excellent restaurant and helpful staff. the hotel boutique was also a nice surprise. But the pillows were uncomfortable and the view from our suite wa blocked by a plant in front of the balcony despite of our request for a suite with view.

Cumpre com o papel de hospedagem super luxo. Todos os funcionários são extremamente educados e disponíveis para resolver qualquer situação, em especial o Roniel e o Gustavo. O serviço de limpeza de quarto também é impecável. O Gil deixava o quarto diariamente como se estivéssemos no checkin. O custo-benefício é ótimo, pois a localização permite transitar facilmente pela ilha.
