The room was spacious, and the hotel kindly upgraded our room for free upon check-in. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. The hotel also provides a guide to help plan your itinerary and can assist with purchasing tickets, often at a lower price than online platforms. The hotel is conveniently located downstream; it's about a fifteen-minute walk along the river to the ancient city, and it's quiet at night. The complimentary travel photography experience was a nice bonus.

Traveling solo to experience a new city, I chose Wyndham Grand for my stay. I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and services. The owner was incredibly warm and patient, even upgrading my room and providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing routes. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, about a 20-minute walk to the main downtown area, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of the ancient city's layout. It was definitely a worthwhile trip!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the ancient town center, yet without the noise of popular influencer B&Bs. The environment is elegant and quiet, and the mattresses are soft and comfortable, ensuring a great rest for the whole family.

The hotel's location is excellent, very quiet on the lower reaches of the Tuojiang River. They even upgraded us to a suite, which was super convenient with kids. We had a really good rest during this trip! We also got to see the iron flower performance 😁

The hotel room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly soft. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and enthusiastic. My family and I had a fantastic time visiting Fenghuang. Even though the hotel is a bit downstream, it's less crowded, and you can walk directly to the riverside right outside. From there, it's a pleasant stroll upstream to explore everything.

The service was excellent, and they even upgraded me to a super spacious family room. It was raining heavily when I checked in, and everything felt damp, so it's hard for me to comment on the cleanliness. It felt reasonably clean, though. The location is right downstream from Fenghuang Ancient Town, and there's plenty of parking, making it perfect for those traveling by car. Now, for the main point. Since this hotel was acquired by a brand, it feels like a lot of leftover amenities from the previous hotel are still in use. We're talking about paper slippers that have practically disappeared from the market, somewhat old towels, and a dental kit with a guesthouse-style toothbrush. Overall, I really hope this hotel improves over time.

The hotel is new and very clean, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied! 👍
