Avant toute chose, je dois dire que nous n'avions pas choisi cet hôtel, notre réservation était pour un autre hôtel qui n'existait plus depuis plusieurs mois. L'hôtel Maya turquesa a donc repris notre réservation. Point positif : l'emplacement. Points négatifs : Escaliers étroits ce qui est compliqué pour monter les valises. 1ère chambre : grande mais une fenêtre donnant sur un mur, obligation d'allumer la lumière et des travaux de rénovation à faire. On demande à changer. 2ème chambre : lumineuse, deux fois plus petite. Salle de bain limite, à rénover. Petit déjeuner inclus : pain de mie grillé, beurre, confiture café ou thé, si on veut autre chose, il faut payer ☹️ Sur des draps, il y a eu des petites tâches de sang, vraiment petites et seulement 2 (suite à une coupure et nez abîmé), la directrice nous a dit que les draps ne pouvaient plus servir donc elle nous a fait payer 450 pesos 😡 Euh ! de l'eau froide et du savon, ça part mais bon... Nos draps n'étaient pas irréprochables et je me demande comment cet hôtel lave ses draps et serviettes (pas toujours blanc, abîmés...pas toujours net quoi!) Et pour finir, je ne parle pas du ménage surtout dans la salle d'eau, en 3 semaines, pas une seule fois l'écoulement n'a été nettoyé et, les cheveux sont restés dans la grille, "cachés" par le rond qui recouvrait la grille. J'ai même pris des photos au bout de quelques jours jusqu'à la fin et c'était, excusez moi du terme "dégueulasse", ça fait se poser des questions sur cet établissement. Je sais que les Mexicains vivent beaucoup avec les pourboires mais comment en laisser si le travail n'est pas correctement fait ????

Hotel limpio , tiene lo básico, toallas , jabón, shampoo , AA . Agua fría y caliente , calificando el lugar donde está me encantó, para desayunar o comer , mil mil veces recomendado Restaurant las chachalacas es un super complemento , esta a la salida rumbo a tulum, otra cosa muy importante la amabilidad de la recepción se agradece mucho tanto el chico de la noche como la chica de la mañana son muy muy amables muy atentos .

We stopped here for 1 night as part of a birding trip around the Yucatan. This is a basic, but pleasant hotel with plenty of parking by the rooms. Our room had a comfortable bed and the shower had excellent flow and heat (unfortunately it flooded the room and corridor before we noticed, but staff were very helpful and efficient in sorting it out). A few toiletries and 2 small bottles of water were provided. WiFi was good (we were in room 1 and used the reception WiFi). There's a nice restaurant immediately opposite where the waiter was very friendly and we enjoyed some good food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt this hotel offered very good value for money and was ideal for our short stay.

El hotel está muy bonito, excelente servicio en cualquier área. Muy buena variedad de comida. Muy buena atención en general. Los animadores hacen buen ambiente. El servicio de bares excelente, tienen mucho variedad de bebidas

The hotel was clean and the service was good, but like most of México, the city streets had trash everywhere. This is a problem that affects the entire world as their trash enters our oceans and our seafood. The corrupt, inefficient, and stupid government officials at all levels do not have the ability to change things; it is hopeless.
