The 201 I got this time was the innermost room. The shower head connection for the shower was loose and came off. I put it back and took a shower n times. There was a small black spot on the bedding, which was different from the previous stay. good

There is a parking lot in the basement, so it's no problem for those who come by car.
The hotel is comfortable, but in some rooms it took a while for the hot water to come out.
(I stayed there twice, so I felt the difference.)
Those who come by train will find it inconvenient as it is a 15-minute walk from the station, but it is hard to imagine people coming to this place without a car, so I would say it is a satisfactory hotel.

A bit okd but ok quiet rooms. Internet wasn’t too good - I had a corner room and I guess they saved on routers so I had a very weak signal. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection and high quality. Staff very friendly. Great location with easy access to Liechtenstein

If a guest desires air conditioning, be aware that the unit does not provide the cooling level one would expect. It simply moved air around. The hallway was cooler than my room. If a guest requires wi-fi, be aware the service is very poor. I moved to the hallway chair to get a useable signal. Breakfast food, number of choices and service were excellent.

We were a bus group and our tour guide had organized and passed on everything 🔝. Location in Feldkirch was very central, which was fine. The rooms had carpet, no minibar and far too soft, separate beds on wheels, with a bedside table in between and 2 lamps with only one switch, so you were always disturbing each other. The booked buffet in the evening was inferior with poor quality and quantity. Even the potato salad was from a can and the waiters were rude and at times offensive. At breakfast there was at least a good selection of good pastries alongside lots of cheap ready-made products like Striezel, Gugelhupf, etc. The waiter who stands by the drinks machines doesn't care at all whether anything works or is clean.

We were a large group in the hotel. The hotel looks old from the outside, but it is really nice inside. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the room had air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was extensive. You could also order your breakfast egg the way you like it. There was very good Nespresso coffee. There was also a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The evening buffet was also very tasty. A large salad buffet, hot dishes, soup and dessert. Drinks (juices, beer, wine, water) were included. The spa area is an extra charge. The location is ideal - right in the city center. The restaurant staff were very friendly. The reception staff were not all that nice.

As a guest (bus driver) and our guests, you are insulted and shouted at by a so-called head waiter. We are here on a coach from Germany to stay overnight at the Bregenz Festival. Of course, this really spoils the good facilities.
