The stay was great. The room was very clean and had no smells. The customer came to the room when the TV wouldn't Coe on and fix it right away
Comfort Inn Federal Way - Seattle

First night was okay, owner and friends were smoking out front upon arrival. Should have canceled then. During the next day, plumbing issues required me to change rooms to a much smaller room, smoke detector was broken and beeping, tub was dirty and visible stains on comforter. Owner was rude and condescending when asked for compensation for moving rooms. After a long day of softball, arrived back to no water and still dirty tub. Checking out and asking for my money back, Oeveren refused to speak to me and would only take 50% off night. Since then my credit has been charged for a full two nights AND and additional 50%.

This room was well set up and immaculate. The area was good and near the SeaTac airport, plenty of parking and the breakfast was a great bonus! Service at the counter was fast and professional. I have traveled to the Northwest for years and I must say, this was the best value and really one of the nicest rooms I have had the pleasure of staying at. Overall this is an Excellent Hotel and well worth the money!

I would not advise booking this property especially if you are a business traveller. Checked in 07/05 for two nights. Went to the room attempted to connect on wifi and no luck. I went down and they told me it is currently down and “AT&T” is coming to fix it. A couple of hours later I see a bunch of kids in the lobby and the person at the front desk is trying to “fix” the kids phones. Wi-fi these days are critical and considering the hotel’s network was fine and the computer in the business center was working my guess is they turned it off deliberately. The whole two days no fix and at checkout no apology. The room itself was satisfactory but if you have work to do go somewhere else.
