I was surprised to see that there are no recent reviews on this hotel. We were booked in here by the tour group Exoticca. Two things that it has for positives are that it is close to the church etc and the staff were very nice. Other than that nothing. The restaurant was not available to our group. (Later told available but after 8 pm) Pool not available to tour groups. (Seriously) No hot water in at least 5 rooms in our group. Called the front desk and a young woman came up to assist and she couldn’t get it to work either. The next morning we couldn’t get cold water - so brushed our teeth with hot water… No coffee or kettles for tea in room. The breakfast buffet was alright. Would not recommend this hotel.

Arrive tardivement en circuit organisée, avons été correctement accueilli. Réceptions dynamique et efficace pour cette heure tardive, le tout en français Chambre 236, une chambre comprenant une petit salle annexe avec cuisine, placard et cabinet de toilette. Cette chambre étant à hauteur de la piscine, la vue extérieure était donc restreinte voire totalement cachée ! Petit déjeuner et diner correct. Une fois de plus, un hôtel ou on retrouve différents groupes en circuit ce qui explique le brouhaha dans la salle de restaurant Point positif, sa situation par rapport au sanctuaire de Fatima.

Hotel nuevo al lado de la Iglesia de Fátima muy céntrico el desayuno un poco escaso el fin de semana que estuve íbamos nosotros solo había una persona atendiendo y no reponían pues lo demás todo perfecto

Unfortunately the hotel was not up to standards and expectations set by the pictures/ description in their advertising/ website. Cleaning was poor (see some pics attached). Floor with big balls of dust, couch was disgusting with stains and hair and sheets with black marks. Maintenance seems to be poor as well with light fixture in the bathroom at point on falling on peoples heads to give an example. Shower temperature varies immensely while you’re using it and big rail on a tight shower area means you’re always hitting it! Staff was ok, pool area ok and parking garage is great. In all it seemed to us as a more modern upmarket option in Fatima but turned out a disappointment.
