Die Location „Torre Rossa“ ist einfach fabelhaft. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem sanierten Brunnen mit Kalkstein, was einer Höhle gleicht. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und professionalisiert. Wir werden bestimmt zurückkommen.

Anniversary evening. This was truly an experience to remember! I went with a party of 7 and we were treated to a delicious full course meal with local wine and ingredients. the staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The property itself is very beautiful, and if you decide to stay the night I’m sure you won’t regret it. The rooms and restaurant being carved from rock makes for a great atmosphere.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in a Masseria, it was the first time we did it with my family, and we really loved it, it was like feeling at home and the kindness and good taste are worth mentioning, plus the easy access and proximity to several places we were going to visit. Excellent and in the morning the extra of breakfast, which they make with the owners' pastry and the most delicious homemade yogurt I have ever tried in my life. Thank you so much for every detail!! We ate here the other evening and had a really great meal. The staff were very efficient and friendly and helpful in making our dinner choices. We shared the plate of cold local meats and cheese and then I had a great pasta dish and my husband had prawns with burrata and then we had the most amazing profiteroles. It’s well worth making a visit to this masseria.

Easter Monday is definitely not the best day to evaluate a place… but it certainly says a lot about a lot… A mind-blowing experience… a huge ceremonial hall full of people, all poor food, terrible service, lost in the general confusion, obscene music… we ran away without even finishing the second course.
