AMAZING hotel, huge room, immaculate bath and whole hotel. Natalie, Ari, Debbie and manager provide professional and welcome service. Breakfast was very good and healthy. Great location on I-40, lots great restaurants nearby. Did I mention the cookies!

Staff was great here. Very friendly and sweet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a good amount of options to choose from. Cookies in the evening are a great touch! Stay here if you get a chance. I would recommend it and plan to in the future.

This is a very average property. The room was roomy but there were some maintenance issues and wear items including a huge stain on the sofa. The television stopped working right in the middle of a playoff basketball game. The front desk told me to unplug the signal wire from the cable box and replug it but the tv signal never returned. The breakfast offerings were minimal. Be careful not to overpay here as weekend rates can be well over $300.

Bed was soft and comfy! Pool was COLD! We expected it to be a bit warmer. Room needed a little more cleaning detail. Wall next to toilet and around sink wiped down. Shower scrubbed between the soap dispensers. Was a restful stay while traveling through.

I hosted a small seminar for this past weekend and I cannot say how great the facility and people were. Tristian went out of his way to assist with heavy items and anything we needed. Chris was our contact for securing the conference room and a block of rooms for guest and he was incredibly easy to work with and offer great rates. The staff at the front desk was also excellent and extremely kind and accommodating. The facility itself was clean and had easy access to the interstate and great restaurants. We had an awesome experience because of the great staff at Fairfield Inm.

Our second floor room was dingy, dirty and musty. Friends of ours on the same floor reported the same. The mattress was no better than a futon with a dent in the middle that required you to sleep on the ledge to avoid falling into the middle. After checking in late the first night my wife found a bloodstain on the comforter the next afternoon. Trying to keep her from making me move to a new hotel, I asked for a different room. We were placed in a fourth floor room that was perfectly acceptable. I guess if you have to go here avoid the second floor, but to be safe just go somewhere else.

We were passing through and selected this property based on Trip Advisor and Marriott reviews. Both overrated this property. Front desk staff was superb! Breakfast was very good. Property is not new and extremely clean. Carpet is worn and thread barren in some spots. Needs some TLC. Considering the room rate, it made things more palatable, but our expectations were not what we expected.

very nice hotel, grounds and lobby area well kept, room very clean plenty of soft towels. nice location with stores and restaurants within 1 mile, breakfast was good, all of staff was very friendly and pleasant, like to thank Nakota at the front desk for being very cheerful and knowledgeable of local attractions will definitely stat here if i'm in the area.

The staff went above and beyond in helping us out throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. When I discovered I had left my 'Airpods Pro' at the hotel 2 days after departure, the staff located them and sent them to my home address. (honest maid service!) A letter from a long lost relative was sent to the hotel and they forwarded it to my home. Lastly the manager Trent Walker accommodated our huge family for a large gathering in a large room off the lobby w/o charge. Since we were in town for a family funeral all of these acts of kindness were deeply appreciated during a difficult time. Thank you to all the hard working staff at this wonderful hotel!! You all are exceptional and we couldn't be more grateful!
