The hotel is not far from Heathrow Airport, and it only takes more than 40 minutes to drive back to West London on weekends. The transportation is convenient. And there is free parking. The overall experience is good, and you can order it again.

Great value for money, old facilities, old-fashioned feel. The room is not cleaned every day. This is the rule for 3 stars and below. The bar on the first floor is super popular. The package is about 10 pounds and includes big-name beer. There is a big supermarket opposite

Very tired and cold hotel in need of refurb. Wallpaper peeling off walls and bathroom needs a refit desperately. Masking tape holds the carpet down. The shower was leaking terribly and shower curtain was mouldy. Bed was 2 singles put together which you fall down the middle of. The duvet was not big enough and so we were cold all night. The only good thing about it was the breakfast which I have to say was lovely. I expect better for £140 a night

Very nice big bedroom and nice bath, I especially enjoyed the mini fridge/bar. My new wife slept very well in the bed. The check in staff were polite and gave us a free drink and breakfast voucher when they found out it was our wedding say. The breakfast was very nice and a good selection and the servers were very polite and helpful.

Friendly efficient staff. Clean room. Delighted I had a bath instead of just a shower . Rosie who did breakfast was super special....please give her a raise. Oh and yo get poached eggs a breakfast was also great.. you did not have to ask gor them. Tge sausages were good too. Well done everyone

Room was clean and had everything I needed. Slamming doors were loud but latest were about 11pm. Breakfast choices were good and Rosie was very friendly and welcoming. Shower powerful and water was hot. Car parking and location great. Would stay again.
