the receptionist was so rude i didn't like the hospitality the room images they are showing were not like that i am very disappointed to choose the delite sarovar portico hotel in faridabad i have a bad experience 😞

The stay was ok okay, service was very slow, we ordered in room dining and it took them 1. 5 hours to send only pane-er pakodas. We asked for water bottles again it took 30min to send water bottles. Room and washroom was clean but they need to seriously work on their service.

Poor housekeeping, food is just average. Check in and check out takes lot of time. It seems a normal hotel not like a brand hotel.

Rooms and bathroom badly designed. No place for storage in bathroom and no hooks and room uncomfortable. Water flow very poor

Good location in the faridabad industrial area. Breakfast & in-room dining food is delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean.
