This was a trip for a family funeral. It served our needs well. I had stayed there 4 years ago. It doesn’t seem like it has been kept up very well - definitely sighs of aging. There was an advertised “dinner” in the lobby in the early evening; it was chicken nuggets, iceberg lettuce with dressing, and potato chips. I think a “happy hour” with things like chips/salsa, cheese/crackers, veggies/dip might be more appealing. The breakfast was better than expected - the best we’ve seen since our limited travels the past pandemic years. Wasn’t fancy, but it was ok. Front desk staff was very helpful. A serviceable hotel, at a reasonable cost.

Our room was modern but had a few flaws like a ac that had a piece of a corner sticking out, and the window sill in between the windows had cracks.accommodations weren’t received. Had requested the crib option that said was free with my room for 2 adults and a baby under 1yr. Staying in this hotel is like being in an upscale northern hunting lodge. The décor is so unique and rustic. A very kid friendly place with great staff. The pool area continues the lodging theme with cool looking props (toadstools and tree trunks) and a water slide. It may be $10 - $20 more, but it is worth it. Great location to shopping. A full breakfast buffet, including great waffles. A greeting event with snacks, great beds and a quiet sleep. The family will enjoy this hotel, it is an experience!

The prices here are really low. But it’s also very simple. Don’t even think about slippers and toothbrushes. They are not available in North America, but it’s not surprising that disposable shampoos are necessary. Fortunately, I always use my own.

I really liked this Residence Inn. It is a newer property and is in great shape. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The room was spacious with nice decor. The location was ideal as it was spitting distance from restaurants as well as the local mall. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was what you'll find at any other hotel that offers complimentary breakfast

I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago, but will have to say I was disappointed in my stay this time. The positives: the location was great for the agenda we had in town, the young lady at check in was friendly and efficient, bed was very comfortable, very quiet even though hotel was pretty full, we could have our dog with us. The negatives: our room had a weird smell that was very strong when entering our room, we opened our window to try to get fresher air, the carpet did not seem to have been vacuumed well as I kept stepping on little pieces of gravel, no luggage rack, there are no towel racks in bathroom even for the handtowels, utensil drawer was missing a fork. Overall, just did not seem to be kept up to the level that I had expected.
