I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to be treated rudely by the front desk clerk. Called for the airport shuttle. Nope, no shuttle that night as the clerk was the only one working. However, she did state she cannot be in two places at once and what more do I want. Ok, a cab was called to pick us up and was paid for by the hotel. Check-in was still with the same clerk and the attitude continued. She could not be bothered to tell us where the room was at. One would think not a problem except they have 2 building with 2 different elevators that are not connected on the upper floors. One very close to the desk and the other around past the pool. Went to the wrong building and had to go back down to the desk for more information. More attitude and now I even got hand gestures! Wow, I was special tonight. Signage for the rooms is very poor by the front desk area. She had an attitude from the start and clearly hates her job and takes it out on the customers. However, upon checking out, I did talk to the Operations Manager and was very concerned about my experience. She stated she would take these matters to the hotel manager and that I probably would get a call from him. Well, it has been 5 days with no phone call. Clearly, this hotel manager does not want to deal with my concerns at all. Do not book this hotel!
