OMG! Do not stay here if you can afford to stay somewhere else. The rooms are filthy and disgusting. The outside was being painted when we arrived and the lobby has been remodeled but that’s the only good thing about the place. Apparently they’ve been in the process of remodeling for months but it will never be decent because of the filth. Where do I start…. first walking into the room there was garbage on the floor, a hair tie, dirt and pieces of plastic. The bathroom mirror was filthy as well as the floor. But… there was a gross ring of dirt/oil around the tub. I wanted to puke. It gets worse. There were no towel bars and you have to reach across the room to get to the toilet paper. The shower curtain was gross and stained. all the towels were clean but stained. The fan was super loud and hanging out of the wall. The bedspread was old and stained. The sheet did not cover the side of the mattress and there was a huge brown stain on the side of one mattress. One bed had wrinkled sheets and it looked like someone had slept there. No bedside lamp, in fact there was only one light in the entire room and that was above the tv. Furniture is all cheap stuff but new. It doesn’t fit well in places. It’s difficult to get to the AC/heat controls. The smoke alarms are sketchy. The guy who checked us in at midnight was very nice. Needless to say, we decided to skip their complimentary breakfast.

I got to this hotel. It actually turned out to be the wrong hotel, thank goodness. From the outside, it looks decent. I went in and they were remodeling. I booked my room thinking it was this hotel, but it was another Super 8 in West Fargo. BUT, I know I will never, EVER book a stay at this hotel. The person at the front desk was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met in a customer service situation. How? HOW did she get her job???? She was just horrible. I left, shaking my head. I could not believe how badly she treated me. I was nice to her, tried to be friendly, she didn't even look at me, told me there was no rooms, told me I must be at the other one, when I asked where the other ones, she basically buried her head in her phone and was so terribly rude about it. I have nothing but a BAD taste in my mouth about this place.

Super 8, if you want to renovate a hotel and have no services available, you may as well just close for a month or two and get it done. The only reason we booked this was because it had a pool and complimentary breakfast. Both which were unavailable due to renovations. Rediculous. No warning, no discount, just business as usually with nothing you state you have. Dust and drywall all over the place. Just a dump. Close down to renovate, don't be such greedy corporation. Do better. I will never stay at a Super 8 again. I feel ripped off.

Must agree with "BURN IT DOWN" and "SLEEP IN YOUR CAR" reviews! Welcome to the little hotel of horrors! This hotel was suppose to be our last sleep on our way home from a family road trip. Every hotel room we had stayed at along the way had been checked by my husband beforehand to make sure the room was clean, this time though it was 11 pm and we had been driving all day. The outside appearance seemed good (in the dark) so he went ahead and booked a room. We hauled our things up to the room just to find dog hair and little garbage all over the floor, something smeared on the wall and the mirror. I didn't need to look further, we decided to see if a cleaner room was available. After some time trying, my husband managed to flag down some of the rude front desk staff and they gave him a card for the room right next door. After trying the card a few times the door opened and another guest said "you got the wrong room". As he said this I heard a loud bark and decided I should probably wait in our room while my husband tried to explain this was the room number we were given. Before I could take the three steps back into our room, the dog had squeezed it's way out and lunged straight at me! I instantly pushed him off but he chomped down on my hand!! The next minute was a bit of a blur as I wasn't sure who got the dog off of me and the next thing I remember doing was getting our boys back into our room for safety as I did not know where this dog was and by now my daughter has locked herself into the bathroom and is crying in absolute fright! After a moment I went downstairs to tell the staff what had happened and nobody would take responsibility for the error. Then the dog owners came down and apologized, though the room mix up wasn't their fault the dog should have been restrained with a harness. They assured us the dog had rabies shots up to date. We do not know if the dog was cleared to come in or snuck in a back door. We left in frustration and continued our drive toward home discussing what action should be taken. My hand was swelling and had multiple punctures and one longer gash about 3/4" long. When we arrived in Grand Forks we decided that we would ask the advice of the authorities. They recommended seizing the dog till proof of shots was provided, the family did not have any, so the animal was taken in to monitor for ten days. As i write this review we are nearing the end of the ten days praying that rabies treatment will not be necessary. We read many hotel reviews before booking and if we had read all the warnings for this hotel we would never have stayed.

TERRIFYING I came for a night with my daughter there are no outlet covers, had to clean tub to use it no drain plug. Blood all the way down the hallway I have a lot of pics of the disgusting stuff in our room. Ik it's a budget hotel but I at least expect my room to be clean. Had to use our own blankets because the beds were covered with black dirt like stuff.. Most definitely not going back....

I've stayed at several Super 8's. They're usually clean and very nice. While I don't expect a lot from a budget hotel, I do expect to have a clean room. There were raisins on the floor, hair dye (I hope) on the sink, and crumbs everywhere. The bed smelled like it had been laundered at least. The breakfast area had stale cereal and about an inch of milk in gallon jug. Again, I don't expect a lot from budget hotels, but this was ridiculous.

Dirty, curtains hanging off the rods, bedsheets not covering the mattresses, broken key card machine, you would have to contact hotel to come let you into your room each time. Toilet paper stuck in the peep hole of my room door. Worried about bedbugs and what other diseases I was being exposed to.

The keycards on most of the rooms did not work and the night clerk had to open at least 12 rooms with his master key. When inside the rooms some of the bathrooms were not cleaned (toilets dirty) and many of the TVs did not work (blurry, screen cracked, not responsive to remote control). Also, many of the rooms had light fixtures were operational. The night clerk (Bahamian) was very helpful but it was frustrating him. Breakfast was from 6-9 AM. No teabags and bread- called for desk clerk from the back of the office. He pulled bread from the fridge but they were out of tea bags. His appearance was not professional (t-shirt, shorts, and slippers) and put some bread slices using bare hands in the bread box (NO plastic gloves). Also, there was cold cereal strewn on the counter and he ignored it. Another guest poured what he thought was to be orange juice and out came a pale yellow drink (powdered lemonade?). No artificial sweetener for beverages only sugar. There were 2 butter packs, about 5 grape jelly and 2 marmalade packs in a container and the desk clerk didn't fill it even though they had about 1 1/2 hours before closing the breakfast time.
