Near Fargo airport and West Fargo shopping area. Clean rooms. Well equipped. Staff are friendly and breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable and pool/ hot tub offered a nice respite after a long drive. There are numerous fast food and dining options in the immediate area including a 200 foot walk to a McDonald’s

I have stayed at Fargo's Fairfield Inn many times and try to give a review periodically to offset the negative reviews. Yes, it's an older Fairfield but it's well kept and I have no complaints about anything. The room is always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always wonderful with hot food, fresh fruit etc. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The location is probably one of the best in Fargo with Paradiso Mexican restaurant across the street along with both the Box Lounge and the bar/restaurant in the Holiday Inn within walking distance. Plus all of the shopping and conveniences are so close. I highly recommend staying here and I'll be back!

This hotel needs a major renovation. The hallways and room doors look like a 80’s apartment complex. The bathroom smelled so musty in the morning and the only toiletry in the shower was conditioner. The staff are very nice so it’s not their fault at all. At $200 a night, crazy!

Tho staff are pleasant and welcoming and brrakfast ok one can tell it's been awhile since any major has been done since hall ways are dated and carpet worn..the pool area likewise tho nice to look at also needs some major work with up to date signage etc...bottom.line ok place but definitely needs to be upgraded

This is an older hotel that could use some TLC. Id rate their cleanliness a 3/5. Mainly for public areas which the carpets could use a good vacuuming! Our room was clean, could use some upgraded decor. Bed was soft. We didnt use any of the other amenities. My only complaint is there was lot of kids (sports team) staying and they were up all night playing loud music, running up and down the halls, yelling, etc.

This is an older Fairfield in terms of the “bones,” but it has been well kept. All of the soft goods (carpets, linens, terry) have been updated, and the brand standard TVs are present. There is an indoor pool and gymnasium available. The breakfast spread was excellent, a wide variety of breads, meats, eggs, waffles, juices, and coffee were available. There is a mall nearby, and plenty of restaurants in close proximity. There is also a movie theater right across the street. The ONLY shortcoming from this hotel was they did not have any cribs available (which is why I gave them four points instead of five). The clerk and General Manager were extremely apologetic, and implied that they were going to rectify the issue. If you’re driving and need one, bring one just in case. If you’re flying in, call ahead to make sure they have acquired one.

Almost a poor due to some weirdness checking in. Over 3 hours the first agent told me they were having computer problems so I couldn't check in but then a new person came on and she told me there weren't any issues. The property is older and the rooms haven't been renovated in a while. The room was clean and microwave and fridge in room and with access to internet TV. The mattresses were horrible. Dipped on either side. But again. This is a very reasonably priced hotel so you get what you pay for. Door closers non existent. So lots of hallway noise. Close to food and shopping.

It's Always A Wonderful Stay! I've stayed at this Fairfield several times over the years for various reasons. DON'T believe the negative reviews. Yes, it's an older Fairfield but it's still clean, well kept and pleasant. My room is always perfect, the staff is always pleasant and accommodating plus I love their breakfast. The breakfast has a variety of hot items and there's always cut up fresh fruit. The other reason that this is my favorite place to stay in Fargo is because of the location. You can walk to a few restaurants and there's a bar in both the nearby Fargo Inn and Holiday Inn (both bars have blackjack tables). Paridiso Mexican restaurant across the street is a great place too. I highly recommend this Fairfield Inn, it's a great value and I'll be back again.

Booked a room on Friday to only know if was rejected on Saturday morning. I will never deal with this hotel again. Rejected 12 hours later but who looks at that when the get a confirmation number? I hate to complain but this was I time it was needed.
