優點：安靜、方便、離美食街近，吃的多。
缺點：
臟，衹要是人不走的地方都是灰，積了厚厚一層，洗浴室的玻璃下面厚厚的一層青苔，地漏臟的都快堵了。要不是早上看到打掃衞生的工作人員，都以為沒有打掃過。
破舊：床嘎吱響，浴室門都不敢開，掉了一截在外面。地板還絆腳。
洗澡洗到一半停了半小時水！
希望床單被罩是一客一換！

房間比較小。廁所也小洗澡滿地是水，還滑，不值這個價。入住比較匆忙。在東巷步行街街頭，位置還可以。
