Family friendly Hotels in Monastir

First i come hotel it was about 4 o’clock afternoon i was thinking i will get my room fast because they say check in is 3 o’clock but they left me waiting into 6 o’clock without any information and later they give me other room not what i book in site i was really so disappointed for my first day after long time trip then tomorrow everything is good, except food on hotel was not too much reach and so much expensive, for this we choose go outside to eat , room is good and clean

Top hotel, top service, top food, top entertainment staff, no respect for hotel guests!!! Held hotel guests very naked very casual not dressed very shocking!!! in the hotel entrance hall and in the buffet restaurant it is necessary to review the clothing of certain customers (female) we must respect the very vulgar people see half naked for a very beautiful hotel it spoils the image of this hotel inappropriate behavior of certain customers and the host flirts with customers, a shame for such a beautiful establishment!!! To see urgently the rooms are perfect maid at the top very clean establishment despite the rest thank you to the service staff and respect the rest to see again urgently lack of respect thank you to the manager and the director to review certain details thank you for your welcome .

Hello i come to this hotel with my family i find alot beautiful things here specially animation they do alot of fun and partys and alot of good things that made us happy and for restaurant is good too but the food is 50/50 and the service too and about the room i didnt like it is kinda bad but its fine and they have a good pool is so big i enjoyed it so yea bye thank ya for your good work.

Oh I wouldn't know where to start, to be honest, after being so well looked after by every single guest facing department. Checking out was the saddest part of the whole experience. I had the privilege to interact with all the staff facing and it felt like one big supportive and happy family , at the bar I had ALAA ,MUHAMMED ,they were checking us , not forgetting the lady with her beautiful smile ,the guest relations manager Chada so welcoming Overall, every single staff is out there literally making sure your journey experience from the entrance to your exit

Monastir has a beautiful view. The castle on the slopes is a bird's eye view of the curved beaches and piers filled with hundreds of yachts and sailboats. A few hundred meters from the castle to the city center is the Medina surrounded by the ancient city walls. Our Marina Cap Monastir-Apart’hotel is located on the other side of the castle castle. From the door of the room, you can see the light blue and white boats and masts in the levee. At the outermost end of the levee, there are three lighthouses of different colors, which play the role of finishing touches, making the picturesque scenery more perfect. The hotel and other hotels are white-walled blue window doors that look beautiful and elegant against the blue sea and blue sky. Although it is located at the pier, the hotel is safer and the traffic passes through the security checkpoint. From the Apartment, we can see the yachts and ships, with the colors of white and baby-blue, And three light-houses standing on the dykes, which makes the view perfect.

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel via des amis habitués (merci à Mehdi et Leila) Un hôtel avec un potentiel incroyable, beaucoup de charme, taille humaine donc très reposant pas énormément de monde et pendant la saison c'est vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles il fait bon y vivre, le personnel est à l'écoute très serviable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace piscine il y a en pour grand et petit sous la surveillance permanente du maître nageur. Vraiment un hôtel simple minimaliste et qualitatif qui se démarque de ce qu'on peut voir dans le coin J'encourage fortement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Les Palmiers et nous reviendrons c'est certain. Returned today from a week all inclusive. We arrived sat 2nd at 11.45pm the person checking us in offered to organise something for us to eat but we we're shattered so declined. We weren't given any other information including times, areas etc so pretty much figures it out as we went. There was lots of positive, the hotel is overall very clean but in placed shows some aging but for the price great value. Only issue was the maid on first two days came in even when we Said it was okay and then kept asking for coins. But after second day was different maids who if they came and we were in the room would offer to come back. The food was a good variety across the breakfast, lunch and dinner but could be repetitive. Both of us are fussy eaters but always had plenty to eat. The waitors always had our table set up and we're very attentive and made sure we always had plenty to drink and were okay. The bar staff at times could be a little slow but often was only one on so they tried their best to keep up with demand even using Google translate when one didn't understand our request. Cocktail party hour was good and cocktails were nice but these weren't offered on normal menu. The entertainment at night wasn't really our cup of tea. This mainly was due to it being quiet and very few English spoke guests although could not fault the entertainment team who went out their way to make us included always speaking in both languages and making a point of coming to speak to us. However during the day activities such as archery, water aerobics etc always had us included and joining in and these were good fun. Bebo, casper were lovely but a big shout out to Bruno who really went out his way to ensure we were okay, always chatting to everyone and making them feel welcome. He is a asset to the hotel and team working extremely hard to ensure everyone has a good time and are included. The area was nice and there is the marina, museliam and things all within a quick 5 minute walk. It is not the sort of place I would recommend if looking for the party vibe but perfect for a relaxing vacation with lovely views. We were worried after reading some other reviews but would definetly recommend and go back.

I’m writing this comment while seated at the Rosa Beach Hotel's restaurant, enjoying a refreshing cocktail with a glass of water and a beautiful candle. After a delicious dinner, I can confidently say this hotel offers a wonderful view, excellent food, and outstanding service, with a team that truly makes you feel welcome. Special thanks to M. Mohamed Jribi, Maher and Wael for making this experience even more memorable ❤️.

I’m on my last day within t hotel of Skanes Serail.The experience has been amazing .we were welcomed with moctails when we entered the hotel in our first day .The hotel staff helped with our luggage which was nice of them .The all inclusive has been amazing ,there are so many varieties of food su chi as Italian Lebanese and Tunisian and different deserts and salads every day . the staff are very kind Sn helpful ,everyone is friendly here and always offer a help in hand .even though we came off season we were still able to do camel riding and quad biking for two hours each with transfer to the destinations .the massage we had in the swallow spa it was okay but it went too quick .The waiters brought food and snacks over to us even decorated our table as a nice gesture .the bathroom was the biggest issue ,every time we ha a shower it flooded a we had to get it cleaned up after each use but they did offer to swap rooms .Transfer for nearby cities such as Monastir and Sousse were cheap especially the bus which was 1.4dinar a person and the train was 0.55 dinar and they Come every hour .The entertainment is good ,the dj played good music ,the entertainment staff ismail took part in our family game card night .He spoke to us everyday .We played bingo one night as part of the entertainment and we won two gifts a camel and a tam tam from the hotel .
