The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle, in the quiet Banxi Valley. I came out to relax before the New Year. The lobby design and decoration are magnificent. The check-in procedures at the front desk were efficient and I got the room quickly. The receptionist patiently and enthusiastically introduced the hotel restaurant and Hot spring location and business hours, good service. The room is over 60 square meters in size and has a balcony with hot tub and bathtub, making the room look particularly spacious. The hot spring area has indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a cave area with about 50 pools of various sizes to provide enough space for a soak. The breakfast on the second day was good, the snacks and bread tasted especially good, and the dining experience was great. Overall, this relaxing trip was satisfying and enjoyable. I will come again next time I have the chance!

The room is spacious and bright, the space is large and comfortable, the bedding is clean, and the sleep is very safe. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, the parking lot is large, you can park at will, and there is no parking fee. Very recommended! Live next time!

JJOCKHUAThe homestay is in a small town. Our group of 7 people visited Donghua Temple and found it online in Trip.com . It looked good and booked 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds. It took about 30 minutes to drive. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is a tea set. You can chat with tea in the small garden. The proprietress had a very good service attitude. When she left the next day, each room presented a plate of orchids. We helped buy a small plate of orchids.

Hygienic: The room was cleaned very clean and very satisfied.

Arrived late at the store, you can choose a small shop in the lobby to buy some snacks. The staff is polite and welcoming, the room mattress is comfortable (understand the Shuda brand with the staff), the TV is active, can be multi-angle [strong] bathroom space is also spacious, or smart toilet. To mention a point, the 24-hour self-service drink bar in the lobby is free for guests to use, very friendly to coffee stars [OK]

ZZigeArrived around 8 pm, there was no one at the front desk, and there was no contact number (Finally, I knew that the phone was posted on the desktop, and it was covered by the check-in book.
I waited for about 10 minutes before a security guard came, sat on the front desk stool, slowly asked me for ID and reservation information, and then kept calling me ”pay and pay”. I explained to him that ”online booking, already paid”. He still insisted on a minute to start looking for a room card...but how did he know, he finally said ”I don't know which card can be used”! Then he didn't go back to his head! Oh my God, what was he wasting time before?
I waited for a few minutes before I saw a waiter running back from the outside to check in. It turned out that the person went to the restaurant opposite to help...
The living environment is relatively quiet, but the room is not soundproofed, and the sound of walking outside wearing slippers can also be heard. There is no toothbrushing supplies in the bathroom, and the hot and cold water is hot and cold!

ZZhiwenThe family came to Wengyuan Cold Spring Beach to play in the water. Trip.com recommended this newly opened homestay. The homestay is located in a small village. The environment is very comfortable. Since it was already more than 8 o'clock in the evening when it arrived, the neighborhood was relatively deserted. It may be that I came to the homestay at night. There was no front desk and no one received it. Fortunately, I could call Trip.com customer service to contact the merchant. The family was twelve. Last night, it was a hot day of more than 30 degrees. There were flying insects and mosquitoes. I waited on the lawn for ten minutes before waiting for a housekeeper to come out to apply for a room card. The room was very clean and the bedding was very new. Still a little suggestion: the homestay is so big, not bad for a front desk! At least you can know that there are guests coming, at least you don't have to let the guests find a phone to contact, let the guests wait. The homestay has environmental advantages, but you have to use snacks in management.
